Spacious rooms and strong wifi: there was no kettle or coffee pot in the kichenette, which rather defeats the purpose. The physical plant was noisy, but not so much as to prevent sleep. No noise from adjacent rooms or other floors. The buffet breakfast is varied, with plenty of fruit and other healthy options. The elevators are few, small, and a bit slow, but as I was on a lower floor I hardly noticed.

Excellent location, is at walking distance to many of Madrid 's most interesting places. Breakfast is great and employees make you feel at home. It's a great deal for a family weekend.

Great experience. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. The wifi worked well. Breakfast was OK. Great location, in walking distance to shopping and major tourist attractions. Enjoyed my stay.

Very well located in Madrid. Just a few steps from metro station, stores as el corte ingles and Zara. Lots of restaurants and a very nice big park to walk.
