Great location for access to the city. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A great experience all around
The A.C. hotels in Madrid are great (and Marriott affiliated). I find them to be up to date, clean and somewhat trendy. Great hotel for the money. This hotel is located near the rail station and within easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Very friendly staff! Destac to Loli that she was very lovely and warmly welcome! Me and my wife enjoyed our stay!
Very well maintained rooms. Good breakfast. Convenient to train station and subway system.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
had a business meeting in one of the conference rooms of the hotel. The service provided was good. My only complaint is the lack of windows in the room, which made it appear dark and not very pleasant to stay for extended periods of time. I didn't see the other conference rooms and cannot comment if they suffer from the same issue.
Pleasant enough, and room was quite spacious with a very good shower-over-bathtub. No tea/coffee facilities in-room, and no free printing facilities (1EUR for 10 mins), and lifts were teeny weeny.
Good location and good room with street view. Nice staff
Great location. Very thin walls. Could hear TV next door which was left on all night. Also small beds. I'm experienced in traveling in Spain and Europe and used to single beds, but these were the tiniest that I've experienced. This hotel obviously caters to Americans and this problem would turn Americans away. Other than that, its a great room and a very nice hotel overall.
One of the worst hotels I've stayed in and that's saying a lot. The walls have no sound proofing and the floors are laminate which means you can hear everyone and everything around you. So you can hear people talking/walking, using the bathroom sink, and even the doors slamming down the hallway. The beds were uncomfortable and the wifi doesn't stay connected. The shower also could not maintain temperature. I had to cancel my stay early as it was unbearable. Note: I slept with earplugs that night and it still wasn't enough. These four and five star reviews must be bogus or the patrons must be completely deaf. Please stay away especially if you are a Marriott member. Zero perks for gold and platinum members.
Overall good hotel. Great location (very close to main train station/metro), breakfast, room size and the shower is the most powerful one I have used in Europe.
Yes, walls are a bit thin so you can hear what is going on out in the hall.. and the wifi is terrible; always dropping off. Even with full signal you connect but can't get online.
