AC Hotel Atocha is close to the train station, many good restaurants, but in a quiet side of town. I will definitely come back to Madrid, and I will definitely look at getting a room at AC Hotel Atocha. The room rates are fair and affordable.

Great beautiful chic hotel. Comfortable beds, walk in closet, large room. Far from the city center if walking but near major transportation hub so super easy to hop on a train for a few stops. Our room had privacy covering around the shower so very pleased about that. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend!

Check in was great. The reception staff was very pleasant and personable. The rooms are a good size. I like the glass shower in the middle of the room. It’s great if you are alone or with a mate. Not great for sharing a room with a friend. This hotel was a little closer to the center of town but it still took me 30 minutes to walk to Plaza Mayor. There were plenty of eateries in the area and it was super close to the Atocha train station.

Updated hotel with modern look. Just one note for awareness The gym here is a total joke. 1 threadmill and 1 elliptical in what looks to be just a big janitorial closet

La relación calidad precio está muy bien, a pocos minutos de la estación de Renfe Atocha y disponibilidad de parking a un precio razonable. Cuenta con todos los servicios que se pueden necesitar incluidos sala de fitness. Habitaciones muy limpias, modernas y espaciosas.

I really enjoyed my single night stay there. Rooms were modern and clean. I really liked the modern shower.
The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also great.
Price was ok (winter season).
The location near to atocha railway station is very convenient.

The saloon were I attended the profesional event was ok but i had to cross the breakfast room to get there, it was weird.

I have some serious concerns about the hotel (AC Hotel Atocha in Madrid, Spain). Please tell me how can I add the comments on the hotel website. For the business customer this hotel is nightmare. No Wifi service. Unfortunately I lost my assignment because of non availability of Wifi. I called them 6 time to fixed the internet but at the front desk they said we can not do anything as the internet in the hotel is the 3rd party provider. At last I have to change my hotel but I have the worst ever experience as a Platinum member.
