Good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel rooms are bit classic and not so technology updated. But the bed is fine and the facilities are fine. The hotel is located in the centre of the business area but 5km away from the centro touristic Madrid.
Breakfast is average and no options
Food is not bad as well
The reception staff are friendly and professional upgraded me to superior room but the restaurant guys are below average

At this point on day one it’s very good. I was welcomed as a platinum elite, and able to early check in. The location is good near the subway and the Stadio for Real Madrid. I expect this to be an excellent few days.

For the price of the room the and service didn't live up to our expectations. We booked a twin room but got given a double room. The room was nicely decorated if a little rough around the edges. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK but there weren't enough proper tables so we had to eat on more lounge style chairs. If the hotel had been €50 left a night it would have been great value, but for us it was just a bit over priced.

Service was awesome, they even upgraded me to a Superior room without asking. Lovely people running the hotel. Room was great, massive comfortable bed, great shower.

Great hotel in a great location. Got upgraded to a room on the 9th floor that had an outdoor patio. Breakfast was very good, but a bit pricey (22 💶).

The only negative is the gym was not very big. They took a small room on the 1st floor and put equipment in there. I would hate to be in the adjacent room. Overall, it was very sub-standard.

Great location close to Madrid stadium. Rooms are large and clean. Selections in the restaurant are a bit limited,. It there are hundreds of restaurants in the area so it is no big deal.

Nice hotel for a work trip but felt to far from down town for leisure.
