I'm from the United States and this is the first I've ever stayed at in Europe, but was a pleasent stay. Beds are smaller than what I'm use to and the internet is unreliable, but otherwise a good choice.

Connectivity of this hotel is very good . You can come from airport to this hotel is very easy . Just 14 minute walk from metro station. You can find everything near about .

Outdated and in need of total refurbishment.
First room they gave us had paint falling off the ceilings. Beds look like they are over 30 years old.
Sorry to be so blunt but when booked it said was 4 star hotel. Still have shampoo in sachets. Breakfast was cold.
Its like stepping back in time. Only lucky thing was after saying to reception about the rooms we had booked he gave us a bigger room and from hid reaction I dont think he was surprised to hear my comments.

The location of this hotel is awesome, near Bernabeu Stadium and Nuevos Ministerios Metro Station. From here you can go anywhere in Madrid. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included in room price but there are plenty of options outside the hotel.

Bad wifi, bad neighbourhood almost no electricity spots. But it was clean and good enough for only a night sleep.

I have used thuis hotel several times. Easy acces from Barajas airport. Close to subways and Football stadium. Low price and great breakfast

4 stars because the palace it's really old and for almoust the same price there are a other hotels where you can go. The receptionists were polite and the bed confortable. In the end 4 stars it's the result of my experience because i didn't meet real problems just little imperfections.

Great location especially if you want to visit football stadium Real Madrid. There is a lot of good bars and restaurants aroud. Just walk around and you will find some of them. Breakfast average. The rooms are quite big, clean and nice. Very helpful staff on the reception.
