Great hotel, close to metro for trips to the centre and nearby shops and bars if you want to stay closer. Rooms are huge, clean and beds are super comfy. No tea or coffee facilities in room, but there is a mini bar to store cold brinks if you wanted. Staff very helpful for any additional needs

Very nice rooms. This area is much nicer and quieter than the city centre but it's close enough so it's a good option for the best of both worlds.

DREADFUL. Noisy, cheap rooms, muzak everywhere. I had to move my initial room because of cooking smells (avoid the block above the bar/kitchen). Food pretty boring too - in Spain really, you expect better. My first visit to Madrid - what a let down.
