Good hotel located just behind the Plaza de Torros in Ventas. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast is good and staff is nice. This was my third stay and I am looking forward to my next stay :)

10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The neighborhood is really quiet, not a lot to do or eat in the surroundings. The hotel is nice, and breakfast is good.

Quiet location. Nice air-conditioning and free coffee/tea and water in room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fresh towels and water every day after a long day of walking 👍

I have been provided accommodation in this hotel due to a flight delay. The evening meal is the worst I have been offered for many years. The first course was a small bowl of pasta which was barely warm with an indifferent tomato sauce. This was followed with a plate with 3 small pieces of lukewarm chicken bulked up with a thick breadcrumb covering with some nearly cold chips. The dessert was a very small portion of fruit salad. I would avoid eating in this hotel: most roadside cafes can provide better rate than this. One star is probably too high for this place- the only redeeming feature is that the dining area looked clean.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the area was nice and quiet. The wifi coverage in the room was a bit spotty, but other than that it was all great.

Great hotel in a very good location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk is very affable and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the waiting staff is really friendly. The only snag was that sometimes the WiFi signal would drop or not work in the room. Also, two teas at the after hours bar were way too expensive. Almost 7€ for two herb teas at 11pm.

Nice updated hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Just 3 km from city center (8 euro uber ride). Rooms are modern with lettle and fridge. Payed breakfast in the morning. Room service is offered. The neighborhood is fun to walk around in. I would stay here again when visiting Madrid.

Modern hotel with a good value-for-money. The staff is very polite and helpful. Very clean and neat. Sits in a quiet neighborhood. Small shops/bakeries/restaurants are around. A 10 minute walk will take you to the subway station or the bullfight arena. A bus line going directly to Porta del Sol runs through the next street.
