Very nice, but getting a kettle in your room is an optional extra. That should be the default. Otherwise, good food and great staff.

Very nice hotel with very spacious rooms. Nice bar and restaurant located round the corner from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Excellent Service Room amenities and size generous. Bed very comfortable Quiet location Breakfast has variety and really good service. Professional staff could not fault. Wifi , one of the best Hotels in Spain for quality of reception . For football fans as near as to Rio Madrid Stadium.

Nice and clean rooms, the windows are not sound isolated though and the air con was extremely loud. Woke me up every time it turned on. Room service is until 23:30 :(

The hotel is neat and clean. The beds are comfortable. Little noise from outside. Breakfast is nice, continental with some hot bacon eggs and sausages. I enjoyed my stay, would stay here again.
