While the hotel does not look the best from the outside, the interior is modern and comfortable. The rooms are the perfect size for a short stay and the staff are helpful and polite.

For company events they have several rooms with different size. The catering they provide is quite good and the lobby is nice

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed - I know what I'm talking - back issues 😉. The view from the last floor was also nice although the windows were not possible to open. It was quiet, but do not choose the room close to the elevator. The hotel needs a small renovation but still it's a good quality/price rate

Excellent hotel. Rooms small, but functional. Very clean, convenient and very helpful personnel. Breakfast is varied and abundant. Will likely return. This hotel was part of a one of a kind trip. I don't know how many times I'd been in Spain before, but I'll never forget this trip.

Rooms are a little bit small but very functional, nice breakfast, helpful personnel. Very enjoyable. A complimentary bottle of water in the rooms would be great.

Fui a una conferencia y las instalaciones bien. Pero el sistema de sonido dejaba bastante que desear. Se acoplaba constantemente y no se oía nítido. Eso tienen que mejorarlo si pretenden albergar más eventos de ese tipo.

Very comfortable hotel. Included breakfast buffet excellent. Do not normally eat dinner at hotels because food is usually mediocre and overpriced. The dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. It's a bit far from downtown, but Metro bus line 53 comes several times an hour and is 150 Euro. It goes directly to the museum district and takes about 15 minutes.

Nice hotel many spanish people staying there. Breakfast is big and worth while. The area around the hotel seems a little run down but many areas out side of the center of madrid seemed that way.
