Didn't stay in the hotel, only visited the Sky Bar on the 13th floor. Some great views out over the city, the closest buildings though are other hotels and high rise flats. Good atmosphere, but very few tables or places to sit. €2 for the cloakroom. Reasonable sound system and good dance floor.
Crazy but cool. Themed rooms, great breakfast, nice staff. A bit too far away from the middle of Madrid thoughbut otherwise this place is great’
What a unique hotel. Every floor is designed by a different architect so very unique. We selected the Japanese floor. Yes, you choose which floor! Whilst not in central Madrid it is 15 mins away by metro and they have free shuttle bus. Metro stop to Madrid central is close by.
Very much a unique hotel. A great mix of styles. Don't think I've seen anything like it before. Can't comment on the rooms as I was only their for a meeting but the facilities were very good and the staff very helpful.
This hotel is awesome. I have to knock off a star because there is a lot of construction going on and some amenities are unavailable at the moment. One example is the rooftop bar, which reopens in September. That aside, each floor has a different design by different architects. You can even book your room by the architect that designed it! The staff is helpful, friendly, and able to accommodate my inability to speak Spanish. We have not tried the attached restaurants yet, but there is a nice welcome spread in the lobby with snacks, soft drinks, and champagne. There is a free shuttle to the airport and central Madrid (make sure to make a reservation, or it won't show up!), as well as a driver service on demand (15 euros to central Madrid in a black car, a regular taxi was 12). All in all, it's a great hotel to check out. Just keep in mind it's not in a central location and you will likely shuttle or cab around if you don't have a car. I'd love to come back once the renovations are complete.
Excellent hotel. Staff are very good. Their theme based floors is nice and innovative. Their breakfast spread too good. Pricing is competitive. Well maintained hotel.
Something different. This hotel had wildly different rooms on each floor. You have sterile white spacy rooms that make you think your in the year 3016 but als dark rooms with round beds etc.
Service is good and breakfast is excellent.
Location is just outside the center but next to a metro station.
It is my favorite hotel in Madrid
An amazing collection of interior designs that gives you the feeling of being unique. Brilliant location, about 2 minutes walk from Metro. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. On check out day we also benefited from baggage hold for free. The only slight remark is that cleaning staff can be a little intrusive, same goes for staff at breakfast. Really enjoyed this hotel.
The craziest architecture in a hotel I've ever seen! This place is incredible! Every floor is a different theme by a different designer and it's a sight to behold. The rooms themselves (I was on floor 2) are wonderful themselves too, different style to the norm but that's what keeps it exciting! There is also a rooftop bar which made for a great evening.
One of my colleague recommended me this hotel as i'm here for an official purpose. I booked the hotel for 7 days, this is my 3rd day here and i personally feel the hotel is highly overrated. I was given no choice of room while checking in and i am forced to stay in a room with 2 single beds rather than a queen bed. The room is spacious but not extra ordinary as advertised. I was told about the provision of shuttle to office but seems its completely reserved and you would have to go according to their timings. The breakfast is good with lots of options but they should keep an option of taking the coffee on the go (Just get some paper cups). Havent explored the Bar, pool and the spa areas. Based on my current observation, the hotel should be classified in 3 star category. Its definitely over priced for the services it provides.
