Very contemporary hotel. Minimal décor with a retro industrial edge. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Everything about this hotel is considered down to the last detail. The staff are fluent is English, friendly and very helpful. Try their room service, they have a great menu. Creative people would love this hotel.

The hotel and staff are lovely. It is a great looking modern boutique hotel. The room was big with good amenities. Highly recommended.

We found it accidentally looking for a place to take a coffee and it was a great surprise. The place was beautiful, the staff was nice and professional, and the coffee was delicious.

Love the lobby, it's very modern. I know some of their rooms are also modern. Unfortunately we got a dated room that just isn't in keeping with the hotel overall. We didn't pay a very discounted rate though so not thrilled with tons going in.

We stayed in a double deluxe room which was just perfect: wooden floors, big and roomy bedroom and bathroom, great shower, spotlessly clean everywhere and comfortable (2 x single) bed.but that's also my one complaint that the double bed is 2 singles pushed together as you can see in the photos. It just makes for an uncomfortable sleep for one person if you tend to sleep close together! But I know that's a common thing so the comfort of the room made up for it.
We were on the 1st floor above the hotel entrance and expected it to be super loud as it's a busy street but the room was quiet and windows obviously well glazed. I think I'll keep this as my go-to hotel for Madrid as it's perfectly located in such a cool neighbourhood. I've already recommended it to friends visiting Madrid soon.
