We love Zoetry! Our 2nd visit as a couple. Our first was with our infant son, and was a fantastic experience. Resort is very tranquil, green and lush, with exceptional food & service. Private, intimate, relaxing. AMAZING!

The food is outstanding!!! We are currently staying here unlike other all inclusive resorts the portions are large and the food is unbelievable!!! The fresh fish is just amazing!!
If you want to upgrade your all-inclusive stays the Zoetry is THE place to go! A very peaceful Serene relaxing resort

Beautiful resort. Been twice. Never returning again. Bed bugs killed our experience. Hotel did NOTHING to compensate and only switched rooms after we freaked out. Really really really bad. Hundreds of bites on our bodies. Sad

Wow! What a great experience we had. Very quiet, great food and a super friendly staff. We had a room on the beach with a private pool. Food was much better than any resort food I've ever had. Top shelf liquor, room service was spot on. Total service staff was AWESOME. I would highly recommend this place.

Zoetry Agua is a Caribbean paradise. We were free to relax and enjoy the tropical delights, while our every wish was tended to by Jose, our personal Butler. When we first arrived we asked if they had sushi, and even though they don't have it on the usual menu, Jose had the best sushi we've ever tasted brought in and prepared for us by their chef!

Couldn't tell you about this place. Looks beautiful, though. I booked it for my honeymoon and while I stood in the hot PUJ airport I was told by the shuttle service that instead of the intimate vacation we paid for we were being transferred to a nearby party hotel that was owned by the same company. Zero heads up, zero choice, and zero money back. Sounds like a SCAM to me.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely great. Ramon was our Butler and was great. Pool bartender Gilberto made us so many tasty drinks. Some type of live entertainment each night (singers, magician). Horse back ride was great. Great experience, will definitely be back! It is very quiet (so if you are looking for a Vegas style party may not be your place).

My husband and I stayed the week of July (2017) at the resort and had the most amazing trip. Wonderful place for peace and quite. Food was really good, and staff was very friendly. We were very happy with service that Juan Escano provided to us.

wonderful resort.. quiet and calm.. very friendly and attentive staff.. food was good (not great)..
not overly crowded or large numbers of scheduled events.. perfect for relaxing and enjoying the present..
mosquito control was generally effective (except the lobby area - particularly evenings).. wifi was reliable

We loved the staff! They are so friendly & made the experience more fun. The food was great, especially for all inclusive. Our friends got married here & it was beautiful. Jesus was our butler. He made sure we had everything we needed & always with a smile.

The Zoetry Agua is a secluded paradise located about 40 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. We had no troubles navigating to the resort. We were greeted with a handcrafted signature drink and the comforting words, "welcome home" after traveling for 12 hours. The lobby itself is stunning with soaring ceilings and luxury lounge furniture focused around the bar. Our bartender was friendly and helpful.

Our rooms were very clean and QUIET. The view from our balcony was much better than expected. The suites are stocked with everything from an expresso machine to bug spray to accommodate your stay.

The food was delicious each meal was crafted with care. There are four restaurants to choose from, each with their own flair. Fresh drinks and smiling faces await you at every corner! Will definitely be visiting the Zoetry in Punta Cana again.

Small luxury boutique resort located in the most northern reach of the Uvero Alto beach (Higuey) coastline in Punta Cana. A "gem" tucked away from the hustle and bustle of larger hotels. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and personable. Well appointed spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. On-site spa and restaurants are top notch. Free high-speed Wi-Fi included throughout resort, in rooms, and on the beach. Due to the remote location of the resort, grounds can be prone to mosquitoes during certain times of the year though the hotel fumigates daily for insects. Otherwise, excellent for a quiet, relaxed beach getaway. Definitely a "class act".

This is my 2nd day here and I can't wait to get back home. Bugs in my room. Ton's of mosquitoesthere was one even under my bed sheets. I can't believe this is rated 5 star . I sleep with the bed sheets on top of me including my head cause I don't want bugs going in my ear. The ceiling is made of straw so that is way bugs drop from there. Gross!

It is a little further down the road from hotels like "breathless" and "Dreams" these hotels looks to be more nightlife and a lot more people. We were not looking for that at all. IF you wanted to go to the nightclubs in these hotels service would be provided. The staff was great and very attentive.
Zoetry Agua is a nice, peaceful, quiet hotel which really makes you feel like you are in paradise.

IF you wanted to go to the nightclubs in these hotels service would be provided. The staff was great and very attentive.
Zoetry Agua is a nice, peaceful, quiet hotel which really makes you feel like you are in paradise.

We had an ocean front room with gorgeous views of the beach but this is where the good points end. The rustic/jungle motif of the hotel with the grass-hut style bungalows may have seemed like a cool inspired idea but I think it only encourages bugs of every variety. The insects that cause the most grief are the mosquitoes and these tiny black bugs that pack a punch when they bite. My husband and my skin are filled with these bites. The last day of our vacation was so bad we decided to stay in our rooms for fear of being eaten alive. Even after we had the room fumigated, the bugs continued to appear in the room. The staff even jokes that the mosquito bites are a part of the vacation experience. This was not funny in my opinion, especially after spending thousands of dollars. You know the bug problem is bad when the hotel supplies Off Bug Spray as one of the toiletry items. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
