An amazing place, beautiful tidy, I've been there in 2012, I would definitely go back there. Now it is very expensive because of the high of the dollar, but it is worth every sacrifice. This place is a paradise !!! The place is well organized and tidy, excellent.

We wound up here on our second trip to Punta Cana. A booking agent incorrectly booked us here instead of the Barcelo Deluxe where we stayed before - and where our wedding was booked. Happy Endings all around as this is a very nice family resort.

We had an amazing 2nd floor ocean front villa on the beach. The food was good for all-inclusive fair and the staff very helpful.

I had a good time at this resort, however I had some bad experiences the minute I walked in. When I was checking in, I had to wait a long time and it was only one person helping lots of people. Another thing I did not like was the fact that I had to pay for the WIFI, WIFI should be included and available for everyone in the package, I shouldn't have to pay separately for it. When I got there, the lady that checked us in told us how the restaurant work, but a very quick explanation (which I forgot right away), I wish they had something somewhere saying how everything works. I also did not like the fact that we had to reserve the restaurant one day before. They have to fix lots of things. The rooms were always clean, everyone was very polite, beautiful resort, but to become 4 or 5 star they need to fix a couple of things. Friends and family have asked me if I recommend it, I say it is nice, but try other hotels. Will I come back? probably not, I would try Ocean Blue, or others.

My wife and I travel a lot so I can honestly say this resort was the worst experience in my life. The property is very nice and the food was good. The accommodations and the way the staff handled the issues was atrocious. We were moved to 3 rooms in 6 days because of all the problems they had. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternate resort.

The resort is very beautiful and tropical. The staff is very friendly except for the front desk. My room had a mold smell with a broken AC. The rooms need an upgrade. The food was excellent wide variety. The activities at night are wonderful and the club is jam packed every night. Bring mosquito repellent because they're active especially at night. Overall nice but could use some upgrades and there is no wifi.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this resort and we have enjoyed both stays. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Short walk to the ocean. All the pools at this resort were very nice, clean and well maintained.
The staff were very accommodating when we asked for more towels and extra coffee in the room each day. I would recommend tipping the staff, you seem to get more attention from staff that way.
The entertainment was really great. Each night was something different. We only wish that they spoke more English. Most of the staff speak Spanish, French and some English so communicating our needs was sometimes difficult.
The food was okay. Not bad just nothing special.
We will defiantly be going back.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is probably the friendliest you will ever come across. They make you feel like family and you will be very sad to go
The room was exactly what I needed, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS and so were the drinks. The beach was by far the most beautiful I've seen. The water is always clear and the sand is beautiful. Never a rainy day and we were there from September 23rd to October 1st. I would go back there in a heartbeat!
