The rooms are very clean. We will only suggest the staff to be more friendly and courteous with all guests we really noticed the difference, when people spoke other language, the staff were friendlier than when someone spoke in Spanish to them. We speak different languages, we spoke Spanish to the front desk guy was less than friendly to us. But, every body else was nice.

Nice hotel. The rooms are a bit cold even if you turn off the ac. The walls are very thin so you can hear noise from other rooms. Had to call the front desk since my neighbor was making a lot of boise at 1:30am

Very nice rooms. Staff was unobtrusive but helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The staff at the bar area were wonderful and made the place fun. Wish the shuttle ran a little more frequently, especially in the afternoon and evening. Overall, a good place for the money!

Very close to the airport. This hotel is part of a large chain. Very clean with friendly helpful staff. The bar and reasturant where okay but you can probably get better for less over the road in the arcade. Gods value for money in the room. Make sure you arrange a transfer as we had to dish out on a $10 taxi to get half a kilometer from the air port to this hotel

The hotel was nice, and they had good customer service. But I was bit buy bed bugs here and I am really allergic. If you have a sensitivity to insect bites, then I would not sleep here.

If you need to stay near the airport for whatever reason this is a perfect hotel to stay! Rooms are nice and clean!! Air conditioning system works wonderful. It's Not All inclusive! But there's Wendy's and a little shopping plaza across the street from the hotel.

Good hotel for the night before or just after a flight. Wouldn't stay for more than one night though. I stayed for two nights and my room was not cleaned until I had asked for it 3 times, finally it was done in the evening.

Nice hotel. Good staff. Ice machines on certain floors. No refrigerators or microwaves. Small, quaint pool area. Plenty to do in the area across the street. Supermarket within walking distance.

Overall relatively good experience. Nice, clean hotel near PUJ. Staff was generally friendly. Shuttle service to airport, beach, and a few other locations. Right next to Punta Cana Village (walking distance to shops, several restaurants and a local grocery store). If you're looking to save on your hotel but still get the most bang/ quality for your buck, this the place.

Such a fantastic value. The hotel was very nice and new. The bar/restaurant happy hour was great. The pool was small, but they offer a free shuttle to the beautiful Playa Blanca.
