When you come from the street you have no idea what will await you. Once you get out of the tiny old lift you are positively surprised. The interior design is really nice, unlike any other hotel.
Points to work on:
- Internet, this did not reach my room, therefore for business trips I can not recommend using this hotel
- Air conditioning, there is none, therefore with a 22° night it was really hard to sleep. Try Fan provided is a nice idea but it is so loud
- Cleaning of the bathroom could be better.
The new shower is already rusting and also there was hair from someone else on the sink.
Positive:
The bed was really comfortable
The shower nice and big
Design really cool
Breakfast really nice
Staff, also super friendly

Centrally located near shopping and food and a short walk from the old square, and right across from a metro. Nice rooms, great bed, professional staff, breakfast, afternoon coffee and cake. Some street noise, but we had our windows open.

Rooms are quaint but clean. Free breakfast was good and the cafe was a nice place to hang out. They had free coffee and free cake laying out all day. The location was great, next to downtown and just a few hundred yards from all of the shopping. Plus it was pet friendly. I would stay here again

We were locked out of the hotel for 4 hours in the middle of the night when the elevator broke down, which is the only entrance to the hotel. The night porter was probably sleeping since he didn't notice all our calls. Eventually the elevator started working again and we could go to our rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.

My mother, my daughter and I stayed at Hotel Zentrum for 10 days while in Frankfurt. We all were very pleased with the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect if you don't mind being downtown. We go on vacation to enjoy the city so the downtown noise was not too distracting. We needed one room with three beds. The hotel accommodated this request perfectly. There was still plenty of space in the room even with this request. Although our room did not have an air conditioning unit, it did come with an osculating fan which worked just as well. The hotel and rooms are clean and up-to-date. The carpet was clean in the halls and the room. The room had a television & phone. The bathrooms are small but very modern. All of the staff (owner, front desk, housekeeping and the cooks) are kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! I speak little German and the staff spoke very good English which is also a plus. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I was there for just one night and probably won't be booking here again. The hotel itself could be in such a great condition. It wasn't too expensive for that area note was it worth the price either. Want parking near the hotel? Good look. You're pretty much forced to park in the nearby garage, 5min walk to the hotel.
