Everything from the reception staff to the rooms were great. The highlight was the fact the hotel gym is a full fitness first. Amazing. Would stay again there in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

The Jumeirah Hotel responded to my appeals and graciously reversed charges. We intend to return to the hotel as the ratings have been so positie. I retract my review.
I showed up at the hotel via Frankfurt police escort to the front door after seeing me lost. The door was locked. I rang the buttons on this door and two others, and could not get a response. I went to two other hotels who both called the Jumeirah to tell them I was there and could not find an open door or get a response. After two trips to the hotel I gave up. They then charged me full price as "no=show" and knowing full well that we were there and that the doors were locked, refused to reverse the charge; saying it was my fault for not finding an open door and insisting that I did not ring the doorbell otherwise they would have opened the door. I appealed and they acknowledged that we had made an honest effort to honor our booking. Thank you Jumeirah Staff!response / report this review -

When I got here, the hotel charged me 50 euros on the spot. They did this incase they see something wrong or that they didn't like and they wouldn't give you the money back no matter how much you complain. I booked through a 3rd party agency and paid 400$+ and didn't get breakfast for free, even though ON THE WEBSITE it says pay 309$ or more and you have free breakfast. They treated me horribly and the manager was just rude. She wouldn't compromise to any complaints or even take them into account. This hotel is just expensive and I didn't have a great time. 1 star definitely.

A luxury experience. This is my second time in Frankfurt and the second time in Jumeirah Frankfurt. Very helpful staff especially concierge. Price was reasonable. In my first time almost a year ago there was not a tea kettle, I wrote about it here and this time it was in each room. This what you call it customer service and paying attention to your customers.

Our room view was amazing as well as the room and bathroom, but the breakfast wasn't that good the staff weren't organised enough the first day no one asked us if we needed any drinks and it just felt random but the second day wasn't bad. What truly makes me rate them with a 3 stars is that when asking for our car the driver told us that he made a little accident while driving us the car and that we don't need to worry because it always happens!!! So my advise is if you chose to stay at the hotel just park it your self. I forgot to add that the hotel is open to a nice mall that makes it very convenient if you wish to shop.

The Jumeirah Frankfurt was an amazing hotel. Our room was a panoramic suite with views of downtown Frankfurt. We ordered room service and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again at the Jumeirah Frankfurt!

I attended a work event at this hotel for a couple of days. The facilities were all adequate and staff we're friendly and helpful. The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport being a short walk from a train going direct. Took less than 30mins.
