Breakfast was not fresh.
Rooms are contemporary but they couldn't get thr fridge to operation.
Not recommend for long term.

Good place to stay for short Time very close to central Rail Station . Some Staff wasn't very friendly. The price is for my opinion high however with very Good Breakfast boufet.

I stay in this hotel from 9.17 to 9.21. When I arrived at the lobby, there were many people waiting for check-in and seems like the front desk was getting impatient. I think he can’t speak English well. When I asked to sign a form, he though I want to take my passport back. Suddenly, he became angry and refused to let me check-in. He asked me to another counter and it will waste me another 30 mins for waiting in line. I could feel that he wanted to make me into this kind of trouble on purpose just because he was not in the mood.

As I already paid the money on interned, I can’t return the money and I need to follow what he said. I was surprised to have this of bad experience in intercity hotel group. Maybe it just a single case but one bad experience can totally ruin your trip.

Just 2 minutes by walk away from frankfurt central station. That makes it one of the easiest hotel to reach by public transport.

Good position just next to the central train station. Rooms are nice, clean but not so big. Food is good and the morning breakfast it's huge!

Overall a pleasant stay. Good service with an iron and ironing board available on short notice in addition to the regular free public transport card. Room was decent but unfortunately lacked proper ventilation to give it a higher rating. Big selection of breakfast only lacking fresh fruits. Definitely considering this hotel again when travelling for business.
