Only stayed for one night so didn't really utilize any of the services they might offer. On that note though they did allow me to check-in when I showed up. No waiting for a set check-in time. Room was clean. Pillow was a bit thin. Checked out the kitchen and it looked alright. In a really great location, just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Price for a dorm bunk was reasonable.

What a glum location. The rooms are clean and quiet but they lost my reservation and booked me into a room that was already full. Staff were helpful and found an alternative for me but still not good. There's no bar and no atmosphere. The all you can eat breakfast is cheap, but a very poor selection of food. All you can eat salami isn't a very good breakfast.

Not much of an atmosphere to meet other travelers, but clean, nice beds and good value for money

Used to be better, but still a great spot considering its location. Friendly competent staff. Pretty clean and decent facilities. 5 stars for the staff that make it a bit better than your average hostel

It's alright. Clean in the sleeping area and showers. There's only one tiny bathroom with two tiny stalls on the floor, and it usually smells bad in some way or another. The colored lighting on the ground floor is just tacky, and luckily isn't reflected in the rest of the hostel. The WiFi may as well not exist, if you're not willing to pay the extortionate prices for faster access. The nearby area isn't the nicest, but if you have to be walking at night, at least Kaiserstraße is one of the better streets to be walking on in the area. The reception and check-in folk are nice.

Easy access from the airport. Well connected to the down town. WiFi was too slow. If you wanted better access, you would have to pay. Beds where ok.

The staff is really cool and the restrooms are ok. The lockers could be bigger, though. However, the toilets are still a topic to be improved.
