Great Boutique Hotel with an old world charm! Would help to have sound proof windows and doors are it gets quite noisy with the street sounds. Also construction of a building close by was a major noise source.

We have been to 10 countries in the past 3 weeks and this is our last night and our room is small, hot and very cheesy with a motif that will make you wince. I tried changing rooms and was told that we paid for a "Superior Room" and there are no others. There are stains on the carpet and walls, no room to turnaround and the window opens 2 inches and it is HOT. We did not feel that the reception staff cared about our concerns.

Nice staffs with good decoration located only 10-15 mins walk from Munich Central Station. Offering delicious breakfast and very relaxing bed.

unprofessional staff and hotel with horrible customer service and some horrible looking rooms including apartments that they commercialize as part of the hotel but in a complete separate building that is not equipped to be a hotel.

Exquisite decor and attentive service.

Individually styled room very "House and Garden".
Their Gandl restaurant of same high standard.
Reception staff very efficient.

Handheld shower over the bath was a bit tricky to use in order to avoid wetting other parts of the bathroom.
