Two good things 1- good location. 2. Good beds.

Against that::it is a smoking hotel, even if you book a Nonsmoking room it will stink. No night porter meaning you need to take your room key, and you get only one key. Small and expensive hotel parking with not many alternatives for street parking. Very unpleasant staff that does not speak other languages well. No bar area or other convenience facility/ store.
I do not want to continue but price-quality ratio is way out of bounce at this hotel

Decent outdated hotel. Relatively inexpensive for Oktoberfest, but service is cold and not welcoming. Room is okay, but bathroom is small. Wouldn't stay here again.

Receptionist is clearly ill-mannered . She has the audicity to say " check in is at 1500 , I can give you a dirty room if you like " . Very clearly has no idea what hospitality is . I hope the owner could receive this feedback right away .

Quiet, neat and clean room in friendly colours. Appreciated central location near Maximilianstr and English Garden. Breakfast buffet is very good. Unfortunately no room service or restaurant at hotel.

This is an economical choice in Lehel. This hotel offers fairly easy acces to the uBahn and that is about it. Well, perhaps a nice breakfast for 12 or so euros. Don't depend on shampoo, conditioners, irons, or ventilation. If needed, fans and irons are available from the front desk.

Basic but clean and friendly hotel in an excellent location. Very close to the Lehel U-ban station, with a few local shops and restaurants.

Only downside is the wifi. The basic "free" wifi is next to useless and you have to pay a daily rate for anything better. These days, decent internet access should be included.

Hotel was old but seemed remodeled with cheap furniture to make it look modern and 'new'. Staff was young and inexperienced. Poor service. Rooms were small and the doors didn't auto lock or have electronic keys. You have to go inside the room and lock it from inside. Seemed somewhat inconvenient (more of an annoyance), but also a safety/security issue. The steam heater in the room was not adequate to keep the room warm. These were all "minor" issues prior to the morning we tried to leave

The worst issue was that the hotel is not manned 24/7. The front desk closes at night and reopens at 6am. We asked the night before if our car could get out of the parking lot automatically. We were assured by the young man at the front desk the gate opens automatically from the inside. We had a 7am flight the following morning and went to leave at 5am. Unfortunately the gate wouldn't open. We were stuck in the lot until the first employee arrived at 6:10. Fortunately we made our flight, but just barely. It was the most nerve-wracking experience ever. Tried the after hours number and emergency number and got nowhere. We almost called the local police to help us out. We DO NOT recommend this hotel. It's way below par for the hotels in the area.
