After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, we had to leave to attend to an appointment. Felt kinda bad, but after reading the other reviews, it sounds like we dodged a bullet. Dunno why it took them so long to cook some chicken and fish.

Great food and service two nights in a row. Perfect for large groups and kids. Varied menu with great prices. Plenty of food all well prepared. May not not look busy but worth a try.

Me and my wife got a cheeseburger. Not sure if it was even real meat. We couldnt take more than 1 bite. Service was also kinda rude. Made us pay for food even though we didnt eat it. Much better places around.
Mi esposa y yo ordenamos una hamburguesa con queso (pero la hamburgesa salio con tocineto y jamon). No estamos seguros si en verdad era carne. Nadamas le dimos una mordida y hablamos con una persona de el restaurante y le dijimos que no nos gusto la hamburgesa por que la carne era de muy baja calidad. Terminamos pagando por ellas..

Tour booking middle man José who located at this restaurant overbooked our original tour and put us on a "private tour" to La Fortuna waterfall and charged us $105. The guide says he has charged us too much even for a private tour. He also said José only paid him $20 for entrance fee (which it should be $28 for two). Talked to another tour operator also comment that José is not reliable for business, sometimes he "forgot" to pay the tour operator and the people who took the tour end up paying the tour again. Everything he said are lies. Say something this time and the next time would be different. I took a picture of him sitting at the restaurant. Stay away!

Do not buy tours/activities from the seller (José) at this restaurant. He ripped us off and wouldn't refund the money even when the tour operator told him he charged us too much. Any restaurant that allows this sketchy behavior to go on gets a 1 star in my book.
