Room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast spread is generous with cooked food. Room has large 42inch LCD TV. Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to train station. And main shopping street Bahnhofstrasse on the other side of the train station. The old town and Lake Zurich is nice walk away.

I am a low-maintenance traveler. Clean facilities are pretty much all I ask for. Walhalla Hotel easily checks that box, anf courteous, friendly staff with typical Swiss efficiencies gives this modest hotel 3 stars.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family, Very convenient, clean modern rooms, friendly staff and it was a pleasant experience.

We were upgraded from the guest house for free and I'm glad we were, since the hotel was a very nice experience. Very elegant, good breakfast, and very comfortable. Also very close to the train station. Parking is tricky and far from cheap but the hotel offers a much better price than the parking areas.

Rooms were a amazing! The ones we got at least were very spacious. Free fruit and water were provided. Bathrooms were large as well. An air conditioner was provided to cool the room. Iced tea, coffee, and a free book exchange was located on the lobby. Take advantage of those! Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is nice but it can get really hot in the summer and the area is too noisy to sleep with the window open. The room has a fan but that one as well is quite noisy.

Simple but spacious room, in a hotel on a wonderful location, just next to the exit of Zurich main station. The staff is amazing, happy to help out with any problem. Great breakfast offering.response / report this review -

Clean and simple place, small rooms but contain everything you need albeit single beds are a little unconventional. Good buffet breakfast included in the rate and nice little snacks at reception. Helpful staff and convenient location.
