We got a newly renovated room on the 4th floor with no view. The room is lack of storage place but overall it's very comfortable and quiet. It literally feels that you are living in a big safe box.

I have stayed with my kids and had 2 bedrooms.. I must say the service was excellent from the booking, the special requests I had, room service speed was excellent and food quality was also excellent

It was a great experience there. Great staff and great all round hospitality. When they didn't have our rooms ready they gave us all complementary snacks and candy. And they wrote us personal apology letters!!

Calm, luxurious retreat just steps away from Old Town and the lake. The Park Hyatt was an excellent base for our Zurich vacation. I look forward to staying here again.

One of the BEST HOTELS in the World. I would put them ahead of a few of our previous Four Seasons Accommodations.

I love this hotel! This is my 3rd time staying here, and the quality always amazes me. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are incredibly beautiful. Great central location. Highly recommended, i will always stay here when I Am in Zurich :)
