Bed was not at all comfortable. Room was big and the view from balcony was just perfect

Rooms had creaky flooring, also lacked practicality, e.g. doors wouldn't lock and bathroom shower would leak. Good view and good reception/restaurant breakfast area though.

The best view of the mountains is from this hotel in Interlaken just stunning, the rooms need to be cleaned better and staff needs to be more welcoming. This place has potential to be the best in Interlaken if they work a bit more on the hospitality and facilities. They allow young groups in dormitory at hotel, and we were really disturbed till late at night by shouting and loud talking in the gardens of the hotel, and since it was a hot day we could not close the windows.

Dated and conjoined with "funky farms" Hostel This is not worth the money we paid. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful but it's the same desk as the Hostel so you're not really paying for that. Breakfast was pretty bad.

Rooms spacious but nothing great. Needs re-do. Inside rooms facilities are just average. A little away from Train stations. A few rooms give nice outside views, posting here outside view from my room's window.

I also had problems with rude staff. The morning breakfast girl walked around getting angry at guests for different reasons and becoming very annoyed at us, the front desk seemed annoyed when being asked questions about the city, and the worst was from a guy with spikey hair and glasses, he is very impatient and gets annoyed at you when your trying to order food at the restaurant there. At one time he got mad at me for only wanting to order ice cream and not food. Even though they sell ice cream he said "this is not an ice cream parlor, it's a restaurant, go to pizzaria down the street if you want ice cream." There was no reason to be rude. I had their strawberry ice cream the night before so i just wanted more the next day but he denied to sell it to me. Its just uncomfortable there. It's also a hostel so there were a lot of scary people staying there. Grindelwald was nicer. We should have stayed there.

Very bad breakfast reallysmall rooms. in breakfast the people it was really unpolite and silly. and morning reseption behavior is really bad disappointed people for this job

Simple room and hotel which could do with a renovation. If the purpose is a bed for the night then this is well suited. Basic breakfast and friendly staff. Advised to request a south facing room

The room was very dated. Calims to be a 3 star hotel, when was that, 20 years ago?!?! Staff was rude ie: asking for directions, ordering from the restaurant etc. Oh and they shut off the heat during the day! even though its -3 C, which is not a problem unless you have a small child that naps during the day like we did. Additionally, everything is way over priced, you expect to pay a little more in a tourist town but it is about 3 to 4 times more expensive than it should be. To make matters worse most of the local shop employees were rude as hell. Acting as if we should be happy to pay so much for their low quality merchandise and services. Needless to say we will be going to France next time.
