We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were clean. Staff was not cooperative.
Being a vegetarian it was difficult for us to find anything to eat of our taste. We carried our Vegetarian- ready to eat products with us .
We asked the staff to heat our food . They just refused to do so and they didn't understand our situation.response / report this review -

The room was beautiful, we had on facing the main road with a nice little balcony. It was quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning was good, nothing standout but it was fantastic that it was included in the priced we paid. The distance isn't to far from Interlaken Ost train station. I would definately stay at this hotel again and recommend.

Brilliant property, excellent recéption staff and other staff too, very good location, huge rooms with balcony and brilliant view. Worth ever franc spent,would definitely come back to this hotel next time too. 👍👍👍

It's an okay hotel nothing to fancy I would recommend it unless if you want to an air conditioner in your room because they don't have that here.

Much the same experience as other reviewers a terrible hotel but it was late at night (and we had tired little kids to consider) so at first were willing to tolerate it but after coming back from getting something to eat ,the room was crawling in cockroaches. In the bed, sink, fridge and on our cases. We left immediately and went to the nearby hotel which is a much better budget option and I feel safe taking my family there.
Funny thing is that as we stormed out the desk guy acted horrified and ashamed "first time anyone has complained".response / report this review -

Even though the hotel is old with classic style and i am a big fan of modern hotels, and even some management rules were weird to me like no key for bathroom for safety and no iron in the room to avoid fire !! The hotel is clean and The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional and did everything possible to make us happy would like to thank them all especially nadine and linda.
I had to change my review and from 5 star i give 2 stars for poor housekeeping and limited menu options in the restaurant. Hotels should have systems and standards not individual efforts by staff even it is appreciated it is not consistent.response / report this review -

Perfectly positioned in Interlaken, this is a lovely hotel! We stayed for a week during July 2017 and enjoyed everything about it. Hats off to all the staff who made for such a happy experience. They are professional, friendly, funny and very skilled. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely atmospheric hotel. Very stylish too. We had a gorgeous corner room with soft beds, balconies and delightful blue and white bathroom fittings. Staff friendly and attentive.
