This is a 3 star hotel with good amenities. The room was fairly large but I had a corner room, so my bathroom was very very small. The reception was very friendly and we were offered secure parking for our motorcycle in the hotel's work shed, which suited us perfectly. There is some parking at the back of the hotel. The photos attached are views from the back of the hotel, where we had a picnic on the upper balcony as we watched paragliders around us. Breakfast is a very good buffet. The hotel also has a common room with a large fridge where you can label and store your food or drinks and is easily accessible to all. The hotel is very short walk from the central area of Interlaken.

A very good place to have your apartment or your hotel room,the staff is very friendly. You also have migros and railway station very close to the hotel. Very Lovely hotel

Really nice, smaller rooms. Ours was in the back building, had a nice balcony. Breakfast was really good, very nice, friendly staff

Clean and friendly, across the street from a grocery store and in a walkablr yet quiet neighborhood. Walls are a little thin, but we had a great visit

Pretty hotel in an excellent location. But what makes this 5 stars is the amazing staff. Bettina, Simone and co. went above the call of duty to be kind and helpful to us when one of us was unwell. They were amazing! We will always remember them with fondness.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located close to the Interlaken West train station. It was easy walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas. Our room was very comfortable and we slept well. The building and neighborhood was quite charming and surprisingly quiet being only a few blocks removed from the action.

호텔에서 같이 운영하는 바로 옆 아파트호텔에 묵었는데 깨끗하고 주방도 딸려 있어 마트에서 장봐서 밥 해먹기 편해요 매일 쓰레기통 비워주고 수건도 새로 갈아줘요 공홈에서 예약하면 투숙 기간에 따라 할인도 해줍니다 인터라켄 서역에서 도보 5분도 안돼요

We booked hotel and were changed to Susie's B&B (not mentioned on website when we booked hotel.) Fritz was the ONLY rude person we met in all of Switerland and this was the worst part of our trip. Nothing like the rest of Switzerland.
**Do not stay here.**
Stay outside of Interlaken, transportation is very easy and bus passes are free with hotel reservation.response / report this review
