Great place to stay before heading out via the Zurich airport. Clean, updated rooms. Nice cafe. Play area for kids on the ground floor. Free airport shuttle. Friendly service.

The service was extremely good. We much appreciated the cake and fruit presented in the room on arrival as a welcome gift. We also enjoyed redeeming the drink voucher provided. The tram stop nearby means easy access to the airport. The tram may also be taken to the city and Hauptbahnhof. The service staff were very good.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the airport pick up and drop shuttle was very convenient indeed ! The tram station for going downtown was just opposite the hotel main door and we were able to reach downtown within 30 minutes.
The downside was the room amenities. In particular, the TV was not working at all and the hotel staff claimed that they could do nothing about it for the next two days as it was a weekend. We were offered a change of room late at night, which was obviously not an option.
It appears that there were certain rooms where the TV was working and certain rooms where it was not. We suggest that the amenities in a room be checked before it is allocated to a guest.response / report this review -

It's a good hotel. The breakfast spread was good. And a little friendly to the Indian taste buds. But be really careful with giving your credit card details for the security deposit. You don't want to be wrongfully charged whereby the reversal of the charges becomes really difficult. Use cash as far as possible. On the positive it's really near to the airport by tram and the hotel gives a shuttle service too.

Had a late check in (around 1 AM) and were told that our family room (for 4 people) had been upgraded to an executive suite and only good for two people. Apparently the Accor website did not properly pass the number of people to hotel reception. First night I had to sleep on floor! very painful. but the night after they gave us a family room with 4 beds and things went better. Good breakfast with lots of options. comfortable beds. Fridge loaded with some drinks (some included some for fee). Friendly staff who spoke English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

We had a pleasant stay at the Novotel Zurich Airport Messe. It was convenient to and from the airport and the early morning shuttle service was much appreciated. It was prompt and on time. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet overnight. Our lunch at the restaurant patio was very nice after a long drive.

Arrived late and was extremely busy on the front desk but pleasant staff were getting on with the job. Small lifts so we were able to use stairs quicker. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our breakfast .again quite busy finding one of the coffee machines needed attention and they had ran out of syrup for the crepes but staff attended to both issues instantly. Was quite happy with our quite brief stay.. Suited purpose of being close to airport wanting good rest after a long haul flight

Our room was as we requested – quiet. The main bed was fine. However, the pull out bed was unsatisfactory. You could feel springs pressing into your back. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful as well. The vans that they use were also clean and comfortable.

Really nice place, the dinner it was a buffet very good taste and the room and breakfast was amazing. This is a really nice hotel and very close to the airport.

Pros: Good ambience & service.
Cons: Very thin walls between rooms & between room and washroom.
Certainly not a good idea with noises from adjacent room keep on disturbing you.response / report this review
