Nice hotel in a nice town. People are friendly and helpfull (at least a taxi driver, a bike rider, some pedestrians). Nice comfy hotel with 5-star service. Try the top floor, view the beauty of Pilatus and climb it the next day, you'll reach heaven on earth.

My wife and I spent a night in one of the mountain view rooms. The room was very nice, but the mountain view wasn't as unobstructed as I had hoped. It was still a very nice view. The hotel is in a great location, though.

I will stay here for 3 days. room cleanliness good. decoration and room sizes are satisfactory. It's in the city center of Luzern. advantageous to be close to the train and bus terminal. customer representative is friendly.

Very nice stay. Beautiful, modern hotel with wonderful food. Within walking distance of Chapel Bridge and on over to the old town. Parking terrace next door made parking our rental car very convenient. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close to the lake, train station and sights, Room was spacious and plenty of outlets to recharge while travelling. Highly recommend.

The reception staff can be more courteous. They made faces when our kids asked for the second balloon.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff at front desk were always eager to help with our questions about excursions and restaurants. Super clean rooms. But most of all ,the great customer service and honesty we experienced after we checked out will always be remembered. left some money in the safe. Hotel emailed us to let us know but we were already in Zurich touring. Difficult to return to Lucerne so they offered to mail it to our home in the USA. Very greatful for that. Received the parcel the other day and everything was there. Thanks to all who were involved. Upper management should be proud of these employees!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel location is great. Near the train station and the famous spots. The hotel room is good, with warm decoration and the size is ok.
It was lucky that we were able to check in at the early morning. We lived on the top floor but still the view outside from our room was not that attractive.
The hotel breakfast wasn't bad according to the price level. The coffee machine in the restaurant wasn't that good and malfunctioned several times.
The staff is nice as well. They are generally helpful and welcome.
Overall speaking, a nice hotel and I will recommend to my friends.

Nice hotel in an outstanding location. Good restaurant. Rooms are small which is ok but and with weather outside being in the high 80's and low 90's the air conditioning is deficient. No bathroom fan and the shower humidity adds to the heat. If those worked or corrected this could be 5 star.

Roma were clean and had big bashful as well. Extremely close to lucerne station and walking distance from Los of restaurants. Only reason to not give 5 stars is coz of loud noises from the club right below the hotel late at night.

Very convenient to main train station. Rooms are nice, if a little cozy. Not sure if any rooms have a view, but ours was overlooking a parking lot. Especially considering the price, would stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and gorgeous. Location was great and breakfast is excellent. What impressed me the most was the kindness and the willingness to help of the staff. It's difficult to find a place that could match the attention, affection and kindness of the Ameron. You will feel at Disneyland. It's simply PERFECT!!! Thank you!!!

Great Location - Walking station to all forms of public transport, shopping streets and Christmas Markets.

POSITIVES:
1. Nice toilet with specialised showering gel and shampoo (The White Company - London)
2. Great Location
3. Friendly and Helpful staff - Staff managed to give us 2 rooms side by side.
4. Great Housekeeping
5. Top Up coffee / tea in the room daily

NEGATIVES:
1. Some form of renovation does goes on in the morning and afternoon. You can hear drilling in your room (if you decide to stay in)
2. Check In time is pretty late at 3pm (as told to me by the staff). So may need to plan your arrival properly. I can see many tourists leaving their bags at the lobby because they too, came too early.
