I was there for a business meeting. The hotel looks spectacular on the inside! The lobby is huge and intriguing. Amzing architecture!

Everything in this hotel is carefully thought out and seems to run perfectly. The breakfast buffet is one of my favourites anywhere for its quality and variety. Overall a great travel experience. Congrats to the team. They obviously put a lot of passion and care into their work.

The lobby is probably the most gorgeous part of the facility because of the wine tower. Unfortunately, it seems that the "wine angel's" hours vary and I have never been able to see her during either of my trips there. The rooms are decent and clean for the most part but the hotel definitely has a feel of an airport hotel. Given the opportunity to stay with a competitor I would probably select a Hilton or Marriott location before returning to this location.

Very short walk from the terminal. I'm not used to this kind of hotel and it was a nice change. Well treated, very well equipped room and facilities. friendly and helpful staff.

Got stranded after delayed flight, they were wonderful, quick and helpful. Amazing service and I must say special thx to the kitchen staff who organized the most wonderful vegan breakfast for me in a matter of minutes. Thank you for an unexpected wonderful stay

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport in Zurich. Walkable distance from the terminal, through the mall, to the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. We got to our room in no time. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom sink took forever to drain. In addition, the room faced the inner courtyard (facing other windows with the lobby below and skylight above) which wasn't much of a view. Kept the curtains closed throughout the stay. In addition, the room had a window that had a clear view of the shower (meaning you can see the person showering from the bed). It's fine if you are by yourself or a couple, but could be as issue with family or friends.

Pretty fancy hotel. Food was kind of expensive but good. The decor and ambiance kind of feels like they're trying too hard to show off, but the beds were comfortable and it's very close to check in when you need to go catch a flight.

It is a very convenient hotel for travellers as it is literally in the airport. The rooms are cozy and spacious. My two children, my husband and I all fit in the room comfortably. Dancers twirl around in the air in the wine tower which is very entertaining. They also bring down wine from the tower for the customers which is very innovative. The service in the restaurant is not the best, but the food was quite delicious. The staff is polite, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are only having a short stay.

Very convenient to the airport. Pretty good meeting rooms. The workout room is pretty subpar so don't expect anything. The restaurant is decently good, there's a wine tower thing with a wine dancer/fetcher lady that was interesting.

Efficient, professional front desk personnel. The availability of a lounge and showers until the run is ready if you arrive early which is important for business travelers. Quite and functional with good speed free wifi

We just stayed overnight. Room service was efficient. A bit hot and couldn't get the AC to get low enough, but I think they hotel hadn't enabled it yet; early in the season.
