Great experience. The hotel staff were friendly. The place was clean. And the view is AMAZING.

Its a clean and fancy hotel. Worth the price. Wifi, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing view! There is a nice bar in the hotel and very cute breakfast zone. The guests will get a free parking spot.

Worse hotel ever!! Over price with poor service, if you want to see unprofessional and selfish staffs, please visit this hotel once! In this hotel, if you pay double money , they might give you good service, otherwise they forget even you are exist!! They just sell their views, we checked out on next day of our arrival, few kilometers further we found much better hotel, better price almost 30% less and with same views!
After we asked some of our friends whom visited this hotel, We weren't only guests who saw and experienced this unprofessional service, there were many of other people..
If this hotel need to survive, my strong suggestion, better to change their entire staffs!!

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Most of their staff is unprofessional, rude and aggressive. They can't even speak English properly. Just after we checked-in they told us we had to pay this "tourist fee" that we didn't know about even when we asked the reception staff about it. Rooms didn't even have basic amenity stuff. They tried to charge us for everything parking included although they didn't say nothing about it (in no other place in the world a hotel will charge you for that). The staff seemed always like they wanted to rip the tourist off.
After the first (and last) night the staff told us that our room had been ceded to other guests and that we had to shift our rooms. After we acceded to do so they told us that we had to wait until three o'clock and see if there was a room available. After rejecting this unacceptable behavior we decided to leave the hotel.
If you want an expensive place, with unqualified staff attending you, getting ripped off and getting an awful service in return visit this hotel. An utter mess!

We were there for a weekend. It is the best for the views and the restaurant. One star missing because it's not the most friendly for visitors.

Views are great and service is good. Our room was very spacious but the shower would benefit from a glass door as it is cold in winter and the chilly room temperature made it uncomfortable. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and cups and glasses were left uncleaned (the tea from the day before was still in it).

Rooms are spacious and quite clean. The staff is quite friendly as well. We got rooms with amazing views of the lake and really enjoyed it.
