  Only TWO associates on a Saturday morning. We had to wait a considerable amount of time. Though the staff know what to do, they seemed to be rushing through the process, hence was stoic to say the least.

  Good for more than just straight moving experiences. I have used them for the purchase of plastic wrap in dealing with bed bugs. Covering some furniture and getting it out. Staff was helpful

  When I was there it took longer then it should, but that happened because 1 guy alone was working there . Other than that great place there.

  Very helpful. Had a good experience. Used there truck and trailer many times. Trucks aren't the best when it comes to smooth ride, let's say I would not like to take a long drive in one of there trucks.

  If I could give it less I would. Not trying to be a complainer...but I'm about to complain. First they moved my reservation pick up location to a different uhaul location then the one originally booked, even though I had confirmed reservation. (I'm paying for the extra Km's for the further pick up location.) The uhaul I received did not come with windshield washer fluid. I found this out when driving down the highway with my life's belongings in the back. And another little annoyance was that there is a $30 penalty for returning the truck with less than a quarter tank, but it was given to me with a quarter tank. But.. cheapest game in town as far as I could tell. So you get what you pay for.

  I have rented U-Hauls from this location a few times over the years. There was a problem with our last rental and the manager Cherie called me, discussed the issue, then rectified it. I'm very satisfied with the service from her and her employees. Would recommend.

  Uhaul needs a serious competitor, the staff is friendly but not very helpful :( and I hate saying this cause I work in the customer service industry. I was told I could return the truck to any location upon booking my reservation then on pickup was told I couldn't return to any location and had to bring it back to this specific one, which wasted my money in gas and km. Then my refund by cheque was issued to the wrong address and I called to have it changed and it wasn't changed. A month and a half later I called to follow up as I never received my refund. Manager was nice said she would investigate and call back; a week later and no call back. I called to follow up and had to be transferred 3 times to get to who I needed to talk to. They still had the wrong address and are just sending out my refund to the proper address now, 2 months later. :( It's not a big refund and wouldn't mean much to most people but it's the money I worked hard for and it's the time of the year where my family and I struggle to get by. That little amount back to us means a lot to me and I'm very disappointed nothing was done the first time I called, let alone the second time. Hears hoping 3rd times a charm.
