Terrible service. Terrible food. Hardly any concern for any inconveniences to our party (there were 10 of us). We comprised more than half of the patrons in the restaurant at the time and did not receive service anywhere near the 18% mandatory gratuity. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, which is sad because the view of the city was lovely. The burger was a greasy mess. I feel as thought I've had better ones at McDonalds. I never give bad reviews of a restaurant, but unfortunately this experience was just too poor.

Great view and I loved the revolving dinning floor. The good was good. My fiancees steak was great and so was the truffle butter. My "huntsman" dish of lamb shanks was good but the 4 i received were pretty small. Over all it was a great dinning experiance.

Have been here twice in last year. Views are spectacular as expected. However the food does not live up to the setting. Its not terrible, they do attempt some creativity, they just dont pull it off well. Duck leg confit and waffles had an intriguing description on menu. What was served was chicken and waffles but with duck, fried, crispy, charred, and frankly not much meat on the leg. The waffles were good though. I suggest go for a sunset drink, maybe an appetizer and have your meal somewhere else.

I was HORRIBLY disappointed with my choice to take a first time visitor to Winnipeg to this restaurant. The food, while tasty, was cold and very pricey. My guest's rib eye steak was 80% fat and gristle. When it was mentioned to our waiter, her response was "that is normal for a rib eye." WRONG! My food was also cold and barely mediocre. The place was almost empty so it was not like they were overly busy. While the view of the city was awesome on a harvest moon night -- I will Never recommend this place again!!

The food was fantastic if a bit pricey. I'd rather pay a bit more for great food.

Service was good. But food was mediocre at best. Was cold and only got to the brunch half hour after it opened. Charged extra for juice without notice. Not worth the price of admission. Also view is nice. But the rotation will ruin your day. Pounding headache. Not okay

Lovely view day or night! Food can be selective because they have some different items on the menu. But I'm sure everyone can find something they like, I did.

I've gone here a few times. If you would like the best made cocktail in the city, then just go here! Of note, the cherries are expertly soaked in a fantastic mix of cinnamon and chocolate. Love the lounge which is my new favorite place in Winnipeg. Watching sunsets and thunderstorms with a tasty drink.

Wonderful view and good service. The saffron steak was excellent and the vegetarian ravioli was also terrific. The focaccia was a little bit under done but still very good. Watching the sunset from up there is one of the best things that you can take a date on.

Food was great , but overpriced. The restaurant reminded me of an aging rock star trying to hold on to fame. A bit run down, black table clothes were depressing, Big restaurant less than half full, sad. If they dropped their prices by 1/3 you would get return customers, but we will not go back. And no bread or choice of salad before the meal.

Absolutely amazing!
My now Fiancé planned our proposal there and the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet!

Sicking and Gross the place is gross the management likes to fire people after only 1 shift of work you have the head chef named April who is a bully and doesn't know how to run a kitchen. You have people quitting there all the time the pay is not worth it . You can't even send an email to head quarters. I Highly recommend not eat here save your money and go the Keg down the street you'll have a better time there . Did you know you can fired after 1 shift here they don't feed the chef April is Rude and doesn't care about anyone but herself also the cheques are always late. Don't eat here save your money and eat some where else .

Service was spot on, never too invasive but always attentive and extremely friendly. I can not get over the view in the revolving restaurant. A very romantic place to bring your date, perfect for an anniversary (that's why I decided to go here with my girlfriend).
