Wicked place. Quiet. Clean! Clean! I love a clean hotel. Great staff! Yummy continental breaky. Loved the waffle. Very good price for everything you can enjoy here. They even have complimentary bicycles! The only hotel I will return to in Steinbach. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very efficient with good service. Stayed for a wedding in the area and they made sure to check us in and have us on our way quickly. When I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste they were happy to give me both complimentary

Clean rooms/hallways/lobby. Only complaint is there was bar soap instead of body wash im the shower. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

My fiancee and I had a block of 10 rooms booked at the Days Inn in Steinbach, Manitoba for our wedding which was a few minutes outside the city.
Multiple people told us that they called the hotel to book a room and were told there were no more available. We would call the hotel to add more and they would tell us that only two or three of the ten rooms were even booked. What was going on?
I made gifts for all of our wedding guests who were staying in the hotel. I called multiple times to make sure that was okay and to make sure that it wasn't a hassle for the staff to either put the gift in the room prior to their arrival or to give them the gift upon check in. When we dropped the gifts off before ANYONE had checked in, they told us that they would put them in the rooms the next day (the wedding day), and not before people had checked in. Okay, not a huge deal but not what I really wanted. After the wedding when meeting my family for lunch a few people said they did not receive the gift, and someone who did receive the gift, said he saw a non-wedding guest walking down the hall with one. So not only did some people not get one, but there was random people who did! So much for my hard work to show appreciation to people who came from out of town only for the Days Inn to not even bother making sure the gifts made it into the right rooms.
If that wasn't enough, my parents, who were the first people to book a room there, had their reservation lost. Upon arrival, they were told there wasn't a room held for them. Luckily there was a room available, but now they weren't anywhere near the rest of the family staying at the hotel.
Something that was listed in our group booking contract was no early check ins whatsoever. A hotel in Winnipeg where other wedding guests were staying said the exact same thing, however when we asked them they said if the room was clean then people could check in early, no problem. When we asked the Days Inn they said no. Okay, I get it, but if the room is cleaned and empty why can't guests check in early?
Finally, having ten rooms booked gave our guests a whopping $6 discount. For that price, and all the hassles, I should have looked elsewhere for guests to stay. The Days Inn was not very accommodating to us.response / report this review -

Friendly personell. Nice pool with slide. Children loved it. No hot food on the continental breakfast. Only the front desk guy doing it all and very attentive at it too. They provided us with a lifesaver for our 6 y.o so he could enjoy the pool.

Clean hotel. Stayed here for work. Some items are dated and breakfast isn't the greatest, but reliable for safety and cleanliness. Will stay here again.
