I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff. I am travelling in and out with connections and they are so incredibly helpful. They even offered to keep a bag that I didn't need in Calgary safely at the hotel for a week until I got back and would take it home with me. They have exceptional service and consistently go above and beyond with such friendly attitudes! The rooms are comfortable and clean with any amenity you need but the stay is easy and you're well taken care of should you need anything. We always book the Grand hotel!

Pretty good hotel. Close to the airport, which is good. Downside is you get soke engine noise in your room, though its not too loud.

The staff was fantastic at the front desk. I love to watch the planes take off and land and asked to be moved to a room facing the run way and they even sent someone up to grab my bags. Very comfortable. 10/10, now my favourite hotel in the city.

The Grand is a fabulous hotel. What makes it great are the people and the facility. The hotel is new, the rooms well furnished​ and convenient, and the ambiance friendly​. Why I keep returning are the people. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!!

I have stayed at The Grand a couple times in the past year and have been very pleased both times. The staff are helpful and extremely accommodating. Rooms are clean and the provided amenities such as the sparkling water and the ipad in every room are a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend getting the airport view as rooms on the other side face directly at the parking garage, and the noise from the airport is unnoticeable.

Efficient check in process. Good service in the restaurant. Parking situation isn't ideal, as space is a bit cramped and they use the airport parking terminal. Valet parking is an option.
Rooms are very clean and modern. In room coffee was just fine. Noise is present due to proximity to airport, but not too obtrusive. Would stay here again for travel, but not likely for visiting the area due to lack of convenience compared to other options.response / report this review -

Room was very nice and comfortable. Great view of airport tarmac if you are into that sort of thing. Windows were obviously very good as plane noise was at a minimum. Restaurant and lounge was good, maybe trying a bit to hard to be cool and posh, but the beer was very cold and served in a very nice chilled pint glass. I would stay here again for sure. I left a 4 star review only because you can see they are trying to be more than what they really are, not a bad thing all the time.
