Wedding weekend was spent in this hotel. Very kind, generous people working there. Went above and beyond to make the experience great.

Booked my recent wedding block here. Everything went smooth with it, we even got a free room for us because of a lot of guests booked with them.
Everything else was a typical homewood hotel. Better breakfast than the states.
Housekeeping was awesome here too.
Toothbrushes are expensive and cheap material. Avoid buying anything from their canteen. Only reason for -1 star Should just have mini essential for free and cheap material.response / report this review -

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Room was excellent, beautiful, comfortable and lots of extras to make it feel like home. The problem was the staff. Didn't "look" like somebody who would normally stay there, so wasn't worth the time, attention, or basic politeness reserved for people who "look" wealthy.

I really liked it. The service was very nice and friendly. It was very clean and homey. I really enjoyed staying in the room. The only complaint I have was the eggs they served for breakfast. Unsure if they even came out of a chicken. Overall, i would come again.

Welcoming staff. Average room with noisy and aggressive A.C. "happy hour" for food for who wants to eat for free. Depressive immediate surroundings.

Great hotel! Front desk very nice upon arrival. Gave our 3 1/2 year old a little bag with juice, popcorn and chocolate bar.

Employees here so friendly. The social hour had enough food to serve as dinner for my family. Free dinner! Breakfast was good. Pool adequate with noodles for the kids to play with. Hot tub was pretty small. Air conditioner in the room was blessedly quiet. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. Found several hairs in our tub upon arrival in our room. Pool area common area needed to be cleaned. Floor was dirty, there was a spill stain on one chair that left a mess on the chair, floor, wall, and window. Wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we used the pool. Pool ceiling was marked and needs replacing. All in all, a good stay.

Much more than a hotel. They truly make you feel at home here. In addition to all the typical amenities, they provide a full kitchen in your suite. Pool, gym, hot breakfast, even a light dinner,v all complimentary. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. If you have to be away from home, this is the way to go.

On the outside it dident look too promising but on the inside their facility's are really nice. They have everything from kitchen suits to a basketball court. Also as we entered there friendly staff greeted us at the door.

It's a very nice hotel with a great location to dine or watch movies. The rooms had some damage done to them which took away from the aesthetics

Great hotel! The staff is always very friendly, rooms and common areas are tidy. They could use some more cookies at the front reception though :)

Hotel was updated and in good shape. Our first was in room 200. I would suggest not staying in this room or 300,400,500, or 600. The sound from the elevator was atrocious. You will be unable to sleep and you will be awoken by 5 am. Overall the service was good and the hotel was good.

Good management with warm courteous welcome the moment you enter. Food was good even though there are better food options just opposite in the Plaza. Rooms are suite style and pretty clean. One of the rooms had a bath tub tap broken. Rest everything was pretty clean.
