Have stayed here for over 4 years when in town, I must say I am not impressed with the lobby bar staff, friendly nice enough but the service is lacking, more interested in speaking with coworkers then tending to customers. Hotel A1 4 stars will return but the restaurant/bar has gone way down hill. Hope this is rectified.

Hotel is in a nice location, overall very quite. My room was very clean and was cleaned very well everyday. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The wifi was good and I was able to stream online movies. Did not try the in house bistro. Maybe next time.

Great clean room. Front desk service quick, helpful and professional. Breakfast not worth the price. I have had better complimentary breakfast. Waiter was very pushy and unpleasant for the payment (we werent even finished eating and she came and put the bill on my boyfriends arm while he's trying to eat). One of the other waiters commented on my size which was unprofessional.

Clean, crisp, efficient. Here for a wedding and it couldn't have gone smoother from the immaculate room to the food service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the room had cold shower upon arrival, but was fixed within 20 minutes!

Great hotel. Excellent lobby area and the room was very high end and new. Location is good with a movie theatre and a few restaurants right next to the property.

Staff is courteous and eager to serve. Well equipped gym and indoor pool. A la carte breakfast featured overcooked eggs and no fruit for $20 with gratuity. Room seemed poorly ventilated. Full length mirror in bathroom but no mirror at all in room making it very inconvenient for 2 people to dress simultaneously. Hairdryer located outside bathroom but must be used in bathroom if you need the mirror. Good shopping areas near the hotel.

At the check in there are 2 water bottles opened in the room.
What a room service.
Front desk service is ZERO.
Mme Aisha very rude with attitude and zero in customer service.
Manager shweta is not available to discuss matters.
Breakfast service is the worst experience.
Mme Ann the bistro manager is not suitable for this job. She needs to learn some customer service.
Overall the location is very good. But the staff is not made for this brand hotel.

I was attending a professional event at the hotel. The staff at this hotel were nice but unfortunately we're not very knowledgeable or ready for guests. I was only there for a couple of hours, and just to make a cup of coffee, I had to ask them for a refill for milk, water, napkins and coffee lids. They were nice to apologize each time, but apologies only to do far. The facility was nice, but staff and services, not so much.

Very nice hotel for the price. No issues whatsoever. Only complaint is parking. Costco patrons take over the hotel parking lot. Please reserve spaces for hotel guests only.

Building is nice, bed is comfy. Room is large Tv partially obscured from bed Some lights burnt out Lots of plugs available for charging. Not a fan of the closet layout, but more personal preference.

Location is wonderful with many restaurant option within the same Plaza. The room is clean, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The service was great. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean rooms. Clean pool but waterside only open on thw weekends which was unfortunate. Convenient location to the city and excellent service.

Amazing room and location. We have a bunch of shops around our hotel which makes it perfect if u end up forgetting items at home. Also service and atmosphere is friendly. The hotel has food/drinks, a pool ,gym and wifi. Rooms were also very comfortable.
