We have been customers for 10 years and continue to drive 5 hours to deal specifically with Toronto Honda. The service, the people and the products are all definitely 5 star. We continually recommend our northern neighbors consider the drive to deal with Toronto Honda as they understand customer loyalty and customer service. Chantal Rajkumar has assisted with the purchase of our last two vehicles and she continues to go above and beyond all expectations to ensure the process is streamlined and professional. It is a testament that we continue to travel over 450 km one way as patrons of Toronto Honda. Thank you to Chantal and all staff at the dealership. We appreciate all that you do.

When I first move in to Canada, I was very fortunate to visit and come across of the most amazing people at Toronto Honda. They get things done within minutes and you can easily finance your car thorough Honda Finance. All you need to select your dream car and let them do the rest for you. Don’t forget to see Reza at the Finance, he is Just incredible!

Received a call that they were having a promotion. Asked them about it on the phone. They would install my on-rim winter tires for free! Asked several times if there is any catch, any conditions or additional charges. Reassured it was totally free, no problem. Just come in and we'll swap them out for you. Well surprise surprise, when I show up I'm told there is a mandatory oil change for me to qualify. Typical sleazy bait and switch. Thanks I'll head down to street to Speedy. They offer no false promotions or trickery. Probably assumed that since I'm a woman they can pull a fast one.

It was my first experience with Toronto Honda. I was very apprehensive at first not knowing anyone at the dealer or the area. I would recommend Emily Lee to my friends and anyone who is looking for a vehicle. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set us properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone etc. A good experience overall. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

I purchased a car from Toronto Honda recently.We found our sales associate David Yuan to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We have visited few dealers in other locations, and never seen like the way David answered every question and was very thorough. we are enjoying our first new car from Toronto Honda.

Emily was fantastic in assisting in acquiring a brand new Civic SI for my son. She made herself available throughout the process from ordering the vehicle until it arrived.always keeping us informed on the status of the delivery. When we arrived at the dealership Emily went through every aspect of the car with a great deal of patience. She was even waiting for us at the subway to pick us up as it was threatening to rain !

Our buying experience at Toronto Honda was excellent!
We found our sales associate Emily Lee to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. From specific details about the Honda Odyssey to breaking down the purchase agreement, she answered every question and was very thorough. Her courteousness and patience allowed us to feel relaxed, comfortable and not pressured.

I purchased a car from Toronto Honda recently and the service provided by the entire Honda team was excellent. Specifically, David was a great help. He was extremely knowledgeable, always available (even on his days off) and was sincerely cared about ensuring he helped find the car we needed. I didn't feel he was trying to sell me something I didn't need - he listened to what worked for me and could not have been more helpful. He even bought a gift for our newborn:) I would recommend Toronto Honda to all looking for a quality car and a great experience purchasing it.

Just bought my first Honda Civic and had a great experience at Toronto Honda! From financing to picking up the car, they made the process easy and enjoyable. My first Car in my name! I had an amazing experience working with Krish, Jenny & Alan. As a young female I thought the dealership would try to take advantage of me but, That WAS NOT the case. I was able to get a 2013 Honda Civic Touring. The staff was so nice and willing to help. They helped when i didn't understand something, They helped me get approved for financing and also helped me get a great deal with insurance. I would totally recommend Toronto Honda. I went to Toronto Honda looking for a car and test drove a few cars. I couldnt find what i wanted. I left Emily my contact number. A day later, Emily called to tell me about a car that i may like. I went to see the car and it was perfect. Emily was very helpful. She guided us through the process. She took the stress out of buying the car. I highly recommend her service to anyone looking to buy a car.

I highly recommend this dealership. From the first time I walked into the dealership I was provided with excellent customer service from everyone I met including the receptionists, sales consultants, financing manager and service manager. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and always had time to address any questions I had.
I want to especially commend Emily, sales consultant/manager, on her personable approach, transparency and thorough knowledge of the various Honda models. She was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries. She replied to my calls very quickly and always provided the information that I needed. Emily listened very carefully to the features that I was looking for in a new car and provided very helpful suggestions. She ensured that I was able to test drive several cars prior to making my final selection. Emily totally exceeded my expectations of a sales consultant/manager. I am very pleased to refer my family, friends and colleagues to Emily and to Toronto Honda.
