Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I called them (using the phone number shown on their website under this store) and nobody picked up. I called four times, and they don't even have their voice mail set up. Completely unacceptable.

Dr. Martens is an excellent shoe company. I recently bought 2 pairs of boots from this store. And I love theme. Not just that the quality of the shoes, and bags are amazing, the store is to. Best experience ever. The service is unbelievably great. They have great staff that would help you with anything. They treet every costumer the same, and don't give someone with a bigger pocket better service. And I really like that. They welcome you right when you enter the store, and are very friendly. I bought boots this time, but definitely looking forward to buying there sandals next sumer and bag. Love Dr. Martens and there Toronto store. Good job. RECOMMENDED!

I have a few Dr Martens - and have had them for years!! This store is the MOST AMAZING store to go to get the best customer service. I would NEVER buy my docs anywhere else in Canada but here. The staff are so helpful! I went in there this passed Sunday and had a deep cut on my shoe. The gentleman there gave me amazing advice. After following his advice I am SO happy with the look of my shoes - you can't even see the mark on it! It's like I have a new pair of Cherry Pascal Docs! THANKS!!
