Fantastic service. Never push any service you don’t want. The team at Downtown Toyota are fantastic. Tony, Lamar and Mariana were my favorite because the went above and beyond, and while they are professional they made the dealership experience more fun!

Thank you Alex Wang for such a wonderful experience! I came in last week to looking for a new Camry to replace my old Accord, and hoping to gain some insight. Alex was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He has made excellent recommendations for the hybrid model, and has really convinced me to re-consider my choice. Recently signed a lease for a new corolla here. Dealt with Charlie. Super nice guy. Very chill and helpful. Wasn't pushy at all. Exactly what a car salesman should be like. They were accommodating with my schedule.
Only pressure I received (not from Charlie) was when they were trying to sell me on extra warranty coverage. A bit annoying they basically assume you'll buy one or all of their packages. This would add a annoyingly high cost to an already fairly costly car.

Anyways, overall: Charlie was great. Experience was good.

I have bought six cars at this dealership over the last 20 years. My salesperson, John Flynn is attentive and always gives me a great advice, price and service. The service is excellent and on time. Before you leave your car is washed and returned to you clean. I highly recommend Downtown Toyota.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and we were very fortunate to meet with Tony. Tony was incredibly patient with us, very knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for, and had great (and relevant) suggestions for us and our lifestyle. He was respectful and took his time with us- and didn't apply pressure tactics whatsoever. He knew budget was a concern for us, and he helped us with some great suggestions. If you go there, ask for Tony Polera. He's really thoughtful, funny and positive. Tony was very professional and warm at the same time. He made me feel very valued and took the time and effort to match me with what I wanted. Best thing about Tony is his honesty. We went for the test drive and it was great! If you want a Toyota, Tony is your guy!

Great customer service pre-approval and post-sale. Friendly helpful staff. No pressure sales agents, especially Chan Song. Very accommodating re. test drives and patient in answering all questions to the best of their ability. They even stayed late on a Saturday to help us out. I am happy with the experience and recommend this place highly.

I came in to Toyota to get them to look at a large scratch that I had inadvertently put on the grey plastic panel on the rear passenger door. The part that I had ordered the day before was in and I was asking if a technician could be available to put it on. After some light bantering back and forth a wonderful mechanic told me to bring the car into the bay and he would install it right away. It was done in a matter of seconds, looked great and they did not charge me for their time; I just paid for the part which I totally expected to do. Thanks guys. This is my first time owning a RAV4 and I was devastated when I put the large scratch on my door. You guys made it perfect. Thanks so much. I will be back!

Amazing staff, friendly service. Before we went to Downtown Toyota, we read its reviews and they were really great. After we went down and leased our first car, we totally understood why they get such great comments. We met with Tola at the dealer and he was truly exceptional, and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating at all times. Highly recommend this place!

Parts guys are pretty cool. Service team is good. Suggest you do your homework though. Sales team is pretty great. I like the General Manager the most. Transparent and willing to negotiate! I love the Brand, so if your also a Toyota lover you will like this convenient location.
