Honda service is by far the cheapest whether it is oil changes or tore swaps. The staff Alecko, Dominic are extremely courteous and super professional. I have always gotten my work done before time. The shuttle within Downtown comes in so handy if you are heading to work or an important appointment right after dropping your car off.

Mr. Chan Song from Honda Downtown helped me to accomplish my desire to own a Honda Civic. He is very informative and humble to me and within minutes he picked some car for test drive and from that I got my dream car (Honda civic LX, GREY color). its all happened in an hour. whenever i had questions I sent him email or call and he responded quickly. I always receive excellent service on my Honda vehicles here. I've been to 3 other Honda dealers in the past for service and by far this location has the best employees providing the best service. If you ever have issues they quickly resolve them and make sure you leave comfortable.

I started my vehicle buying journey online. When I finally found the car I was looking for, I made a trip to the dealership and was connected with both Mohammed and John Z. They didn't give me the hard sell, and let me take my time to explore the car and answer any questions I had about the car and previous owner. After a few trips and several emails I made the purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord. The team was great to work with and very professional. Will definitely recommend this dealership and this great team!

Chan from Honda Downtown made our car buying experience extremely easy! We visited Honda Downtown once before but we were not easily sold, but then the second time around with Chan, we found it much easier and we left with the car we always wanted! Anytime we had a question or concern we sent him an email or called him and Chan answered all our questions and gave us peace of mind. The sales manager John was extremely helpful and pleasant! I recommend anyone who is looking for a honest sales rep to meet with Chan!

I had a great experience purchasing my used Civic from this dealership. Chan was my sales agent and was probably once of the best I've dealt with. Not pushy at all and very pleasant to deal with. Even when the engine bay wasn't cleaned on pickup as agreed on, Chan made sure it was cleaned right away.

Joe, their finance guy was also pleasant to deal with. No weird attitude or extra pressure when I declined all the extra warranties.

I didn't have the opportunity to negotiate a better price (as someone else was about to buy it as well), but this dealership doesn't like the type to budge on price.

I would like to call out Sabrina Costa for her excellent customer service. She is the assistant used car manager. She was very responsive to my questions on email and due to busyness, even brought the car to me to look over and test drive. Her follow up skills, overall knowledge of the car and process was a huge help to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real customer service. Thanks again Sabrina. I had smooth experience with Honda Downtown, especially with salesperson Mohammad Zilani who helped me to come to conclusion and was able to buy a 2014 Honda CR-V EX. Mohammad was very natural salesperson who was not pushy by any means, also was very informative. I'm also grateful to Mohammad for picking me up from my apartment in Scarborough since I had to pick up the new car. I have already recommended my friends to visit Honda Downtown and two of them purchased new & used vehicle in last couple of months. Great work & keep it up?

Mohamed is a really professional and helpful person. I got an appointment by phone and he met me on time, gave me a very good explanation about the car and accompanied me to test drive the car. I was a little bit hesitant to buy a used car, but after meeting Mohamed and finding out that the car was just as advertised, i finalized the deal. Mohamed was so helpful during the finalization of the paper work and he communicated promptly in this stage to deliver the car quickly. Thank you Mohammad

I purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Civic from this Dealership and I was quite impressed by the sales staff. My sales person was Gustavo and he was very courteous and knowledgeable from the beginning. Gustavo made sure to find the right car that suited all my needs and I never felt to be pushed or rushed to buy the vehicle, he actually was very patient. I also met the Sales Manager, Alan, who also was very friendly and gave me a really good deal. On the delivery day, Gustavo took the time to teach me all the features of the vehicle before I left the dealership and called me the very next day to see if I had any question. I would recommend Gustavo and Honda Downtown to my family and friends every single time. Thank you guys!!!

I bought a new car from Daniel at Honda Downtown! Daniel was very patient, attentive and approachable. He spoke fluent Russian and English which made my experience very smooth and easy. The dealership has state of the art facilities, it is clean and they have shuttles to pick you up from work and take you back while your vehicle is in service. It is very convenient and I would definitely recommend dealing with Daniel! 5 stars! Thanks again!
