I went into the store a couple weeks ago to get my son a pair of back to school shoes. He went in with a pair of shoes in mind that costed about $210, something called an "nnd?". Knowing he was going to ruin the shoes at recess, I couldn't justify that price. We spoke to a sales associate there and he completely understood where I was coming from and he showed my son and I a pair of shoes that he strongly recommended that would last during recess time and still be comfortable to wear all day. He even agreed that the shoes my son wanted would get ruined and should only be worn for casual walking. My son now says that these are the comfiest shoes he's ever had, which made me want to write a review. This employee was very genuine and honest, but also knowledgeable about the product. I strongly recommend this store, and if you go, ask for an employee named "Svi" (not sure his exact name, was a while back but it was something like that). I hope to see him next time I am in! :)

If you're looking for sales people who are knowledgeable about the products and equipment - this is not the place to go. Customer service and product knowledge is terrible e.g. all the shoes are the same so just pick one that's within your price range.

It was very disappointing that Adidas is the office uniform of the CFL and this store did not have any CFL merchandise (you have to order it online), but the store is well laid out and has a great selection clothing you would expect to find.

Really nice associates. Cool store layout and the apparel was fresh. The cashiering was terribly slow, but other than that I loved the store.

Manager must be a bonehead or somethin. Came in to exchange a size of pants I bought from another adidas location when he went to check the stock he said there's none in stock and when I asked if you guys will have a shipment of these coming in he said "yes everyday" when I asked him exactly when everyday was he said, I don't know? How are you gonna say everyday and then not know when you're gonna have them in by. Complete fool.

Really not sure why this place even exists with the lack of customer service skills that were ever present in this store. Adidas head office should be embarrassed to even have this establishment under operation, because any other Adidas store I've walked into (I've been a long time customer of the brand), I have zero issues. I just don't understand how such a prime location does so horribly with customer service when YOU'RE AT THE EPITOME OF DOWNTOWN TORONTO AND YOU HAVE THE MOST TOURISTS COMING TO THAT AREA ALONE. Makes no sense, right?

I came with a friend yesterday around 3pm (Tuesday August 1st), and no one even asked to help when there were 5 employees just standing around being rowdy (are all the employees teenagers here?? Because that's what their professional work attitude reflected from what I saw). I say that because I walked by 3 employees (all young) who ignored me, and as I asked a guy (younger employee) if I can go into the changeroom to try on 3 items, he didn't even ANSWER ME! All he did was take me to the change room and opened the door - didn't ask if I needed any additional help after, or make any conversation - just did what I asked, and nothing more and it genuinely looked as though he didn't want to be there.

After this experience, it just deterred me so bad that I didn't even bother buying the pants I tried on and wanted to buy; I didn't bother looking at the rest of the clothes; nor go upstairs for that matter because why bother being there to get ignored? Nah thanks.

This store is a complete disappointment. I'd rather recommend going to the Adidas store all the way at Scarborough Town Centre - all the employees are ideal and actually do their job by helping others, and even any other Adidas store or vendor like Nordstrom, especially in the States / Soho NY - like I said, I've never had any issues with any Adidas store until I went to this grand wasteland. True story.

Brutal customer services and disinterested staff.

They are too busy talking/joking amount themselves to provide help.

This is a big difference to retail locations in the US. Poor management in what I assume is the Canadian flagship store

Really good selection for adidas and adidas originals products. Good interior design and customer service. Prices are marked up a little higher than the adidas outlet store for the same product, but over all a good shopping experience

Not the type to write a bad review but I had the worst experience at this location buying socks
The staff wasn't educated on basic sizing and was extremely rude about a question regarding what could be done if the socks did not fit properly.
Lot's of unnecessary attitude from a particular employee .
Overall bad experience, no need for sales associates if they can't help you out.
