Just purchased a new 2017 Sienna LE. Fair value in trade in, awesome service. Appreciate the leadership of Mike and staff in pointing me to options and financing. Purchased here before - will most likely purchase here again!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I have never been treated so poorly than I was been today. 3 call within 40 minutes to try and up sell me on repairs than being spoken to very rudely when I refused them. This was than followed by multiple calls to pick up my vehicle. The appointment was not until the afternoon and while prompt service is appreciated calling someone after being told they were working for the day is harassing. When I went to collect my vehicle aftet yet another call the service agent was condescending and confrontational in front of other customers. Not wanting to argue I asked to just pay so I could leave. I will NEVER return nor recommend dealing with this dealerships service department. Particularly if you are a woman!

Great and friendly staff. Bought a third new Toyota in last 10 years from Newmarket Toyota. Greg F. helped me with the affordable choices and all paper work in a very professional manner and seamless honoured my demands on requests providing answers and options for the best price on leasing/financing opportunities.
At service department, Stephanie, Pete and Sam and the whole dept. are highly skilled professionals, friendly and up-to-date in terms of fulfilling customers needs and they are not finalizing/charging bills without first consulting the customer if agrees on certain maintenance serviced issues that my occur.
Being my home dealership I will get back on a regular basis as Toyota customer and looking forward for same friendly commitment towards loyal clients.
The shuttle guys are very courteous and ready to pick me up in a timely manner in coordination with the service dept.

Without a doubt, Newmarket Toyota is THE best car dealership around!!! The thought of buying or leasing a car from any other dealership, has never even crossed my mind for many decades, because as far as I'm concerned, Toyota makes the best cars around. There is one salesperson there, who has forever been my go to guy when it comes to renewing my lease, he's AWESOMEand his name is GREG FULTON! He is beyond professional but at the same time, makes you feel like you're a family member. I absolutely LOVE Newmarket Toyota, and have no problem making the drive from Thornhill when it's time to trade in my car. It's well worth it for all the sincere hospitality and professionalism I receive!!! GREAT JOB NEWMARKET TOYOTA!!!!!! I am one very happy and satisfied customer, for life!!!!

I took my 2013 RAV4 for rear brake and rotor installation back in September 2016 and guess what the pads did not last not even one year.
I was told during annual maintenance service last Saturday that I needed a new pads and asked the service adviser about warranty and the answer was warranty do not cover wear and tear after 36,000km. I declined the offer for a new pad front and back and took my car to an independent service garage to find out that one of the rear pads was completely out and the other rear pad is still at 50%. Could some one explain to me the cause of this unbalanced wear and tear?? the answer was obvious poor workmanship and parts. this is not my first bad experience at this dealership, I had completely a flat tire the next day after and oil change as well about two years ago.response / report this review -

My husband and I are pleased with the purchase of our Toyota product. Our Tacoma is more than enough truck for us. Both the sales and service departments at Newmarket Toyota are exceptional.
We just had our truck in for the 8000 km check. We like the attention our truck received, and we know our investment is in good care.
You can also enjoy a great cup of coffee gratis !

I highly recommend this dealership. Apart from the fact Toyota vehicles are so reliable (otherwise why are by far the majority of cabs in NYC this brand!), I had such a great experience looking for a new vehicle for myself. I dealt with Fernando who was so helpful and who came up with viable and intelligent solutions to my needs and lifestyle. I did not feel pressure to buy at any point in our conversations, he merely pointed out the pros and cons of choices I was thinking about, i.e new or used and other considerations. Thank you Fernando, you are appreciated. All staff, including the service staff who do a great job are pleasant and helpful and the always available coffee and pastries are a nice touch.

I recently purchased my 2017 Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership and have been pleased ever since. The sales consultant Derek was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. He was patient with me, listened to my concerns and helped me pick my dream car! I felt no pressure to buy and confident with my decision. I highly recommend his services if you're looking to purchase a Toyota, he was a pleasure to deal with. Great service as always. Enjoyed a coffee and a pastry while I waited. Was offered a ride home even though I live in another town. Everyone in the service department was friendly and nice. The place is also very nice and clean. They even gave my car a wash after they were done working on it!

The last six vehicles I have owned have all been Toyota products. Reliability is of paramount importance to me and I have never had an issue with a Toyota product. I have purchased all of these vehicles from Newmarket Toyota because I find their sales and service exceptional. In particular, Greg Fulton deserves special mention. Greg is the model of a sales person that all should aspire to be. He's honest, listens to your needs, and delivers on his promises.
