Nice hotel. They have a very popular restaurant and a even more popular bar. The live music was very nice.

The price was right, staff were courteous and the bed very comfortable but I think I had a broken room! I asked to have the desk chair replaced (it no longer raised high enough to reach the desk), the replacement chair was no better. When about to go to bed, I discovered there were two outlets not working so I had to move the lamp into other sockets to have some light. The TV didn't work - reception on all channels was off. Then to cap it off, the toilet ran all night and I had to jerry-rig it to shut it off. Normally I would have alerted the staff to fix these things but it was too late by then - 11pm and I didn't want a service guy in my room. Room 504 - not recommended!

Good location for my trip, access from parking garage go hotel is convenient, rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. This is my second stay and I would come again as well as recommend it to others

I was at the Executive Hotel for a work-related event. The check-in was fairly easy and the staff were courteous. The room was nice and was what my company had reserved. I found it rather small but cozy. The staff in and around the hotel were friendly and helpful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for the business traveler.

I booked for 3 days through GROUPON - deluxe room with 2 double beds. Not the best decision I made I guess. Our family of 4 checked in yesterday (Sunday). The room assigned to us was a connecting one where you can access the other room through the door in between both rooms. A safety issue I thought but since there is a double lock on the door, probably not? One of the comforters had blood stain though the housekeeping was insisting it wasn'twas immediately changed though and they were apologetic. We requested for an electric kettle and a microwave and were immediately provided as well with no extra costthanks to the lady at the front desk. We were told by housekeeping that these basic things are available only in the suite roomsso just a heads up to those who want to book in the future. This is just our 1st night and could probably change. I guess I was just too tired of the long 11 hour drive to not find comfort in a hotel with good ratings in the net.

Great place. The staff are top notch and made my stay a much greater experience. Everything from early check in, travel and booking was offered without hesitation or sense of being bothered. I really appreciate having the newspaper in front of my door every morning.

The wild fig restaurant is the same price range you would find at higher end restaurants or steakhouse like the keg. The food overall was what I expected. I had a three course meal. The appetizers were fine, but the main course baseball steak was definitely underwhelming. It came out medium rare like I ordered but was chewy and rough. The desserts were fine, I ordered an ice cream parfait with berries which I enjoyed. Overall if you are staying at this hotel and don't feel like going far for food and don't mind paying the money,the restaurant is an okay choice. If you want steak or other specific foods, I would suggest looking into other restaurants to fit your needs.

The lobby is beautiful. Service was great. The rooms were very clean. My only complaint would be the bathroom could use a tiny bit of TLC (caulking around tub, drain plug was lose and could be removed, and instructions for using jet tub were half wiped off) The pub next door had great drink selection and the burger I ordered was large and delicious. I would stay in this hotel again.

Located in Coquitlam, next to a few plaza with groceries stores and restaurants. Parking was convered by our conference, but otherwise would be charged at $8.50/day. Catered lunch is decent (sandwich, salads, soup).

Room was great and clean. Parking was safe and staff were friendly and fast. Location is the most convenient part of the hotel. Close to the sky train station, a mall, ikea and a cineplex. Buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was served.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again or recommend anyone to. Stayed for 4 nights and the cleanliness of this hotel was honestly questionable. My sheets had stains and marks all over them. Came home at 2am to black marks on my pillow cases and had to call front desk to change them. I had an empty pop can on the table from the first hour of my visit still there til the day I left. I Had dirty used cutlery left on the same table which I found in the bathroom the next day, left on a dirty towel that was half washed or so it looked like, not sure if I was meant to use those again or not but it was disgusting. On top of that on several occasions I had house keepers walk into my room while I was in the shower or getting dressed and I repeatedly told each one to get me a " Do not disturb sign " which none of them did and just said lock the door and we will not disturb yet it happened almost every morning. On my last day I specifically asked for late check which was totally fine and still I had a house keeper walk in while I was in the shower , I clearly heard the door and when I said " excuse me, hello? " she ran out as if I didn't hear. So therefore I had a horrible experience with this hotel in regards to security , quality and cleanliness. Stay clear if you can especially for the price they charge it really isn't worth it.

Been here for several events of the years. It's alright. Not the greatest. But very transit accessible which is a huge bonus. The event food is also pretty good.
