Room was absolutely perfect with comfortable beds, plenty of natural light, space and great amenities. The wi-fi was free and fast, but logging on was a tedious task that had to be repeated every 24 hours. We booked a great deal through Trip Advisor, and were told by the person at reception that our bed could not be changed from a twin to a king. Finally after speaking to a manager we could get housekeeping to change it. While this was the only issue and it was resolved, it shouldn't have been so difficult or unpleasant.

I usually stay here due to its proximity to my work. Hotel is always clean, and staff are friendly and accommodating. Only criticism is they don't have enough elevators, so getting to /from your room can be kinda slow during busy periods.

The rooms are perfect. Nice views and housekeeping was immaculate. No easy plug ins next to the bed or couch for charging my phone. The front desk provided an extension cord to use during my stay

Room was beautiful. The view was amazing. Hotel had no vacancy and we were upgraded to a suite. Best hotel shower over had thus far. Highly recommend

One of the best place to stay in Vancouver. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious and with all the comfort you would find in your home.
It is perfectly placed in the middle of downtown and surrounded with dozens of shops and restaurants, anyway the hotel staff would help you to find anything you need.
I love this place. It is the perfect spot to relax in this town.
