Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Pool, casino, lounge and proximity to everything in Vancouver was excellent. Employees were nice, however, I never feel like a valued customer. Employees do not feel personable or friendly. Housekeeping did a good job on the room. Maintenance also needs some attention. Few minor broken items around the room and property.

Was offered free breakfast buffet when checked in for my birthday. When went to redeem was refused. LOL thanks for making me upset on my birthday. Next time dont even offer.
Anyone looking to stay there are plenty of nice hotels close by do yourself a favor and check out some close to stanley park. Much much more things to do over on that side.response / report this review -

We arrived the other night, late into the evening and needing a room for an additional night on top of what was already booked. The hotel staff was very accommodating for us and got us into a room for the extra night. Thanks for everything

Great for families with small children. Swimming pool with slide. Located in Richmond next to train station. Easy access to DT on train and walk to night market.

Great customer service ! If you order room service your food will be at your door in 15 - 20 mintues. I highly recommend the brisket cheeseburger 😊. I had a great stay the cost was not so bad although my dad paid for everything😃. Very Very Comfortable beds. Get out have fuN The Patio is really nice to have dinner and watch the sunset with live music😉.

I can see why they advertise that they sell their beds and pillows, they're so crazy comfortable! Even though the hotel is under a flight landing route and next to a Skytrain stop, I couldn't hear either of them from my room. The sound proofing in this hotel is excellent. The location is excellent with Skytrain basically part of the building. There's a super cool market right next door on weekends, and another one just a short drive down the road. The service was wonderful, you can check in and out of your room at either lobby, hotel or resort side. Plus there's a little convenience store on the resort side with travel items should you forget some toothpaste or whatever. Would absolutely stay here again, I had a wonderful stay.

Excellent experience throughout the hotel! Great room, helpful staff, and well run facility. Very enjoyable stay and convention experience. Only minor thing is that the pillows weren't so comfy.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are nice size and beds are incredibly comfortable. Being right on the sky train means 10 minutes to the airport or 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver.

Location is great: a short tram ride to the YVA airport, about 30 min by tram to Vancouver downtown. In addition, there is a mall only one tram stop away, where a shop sells really delicious Singapore style meat jerkies. Room is small, but the bed is super clean and comfy, with premium bedding as advertised. For a little more, you can upgrade at the front desk to stay in a suite in the casino resort. The hotel and the casino resort are connected by an indoor pedestrian bridge: all the amenities are located in the resort but are accessible to customers at the hotel as well. The hot tub and the pool (with a water slide) are both enjoyable. I would give 5 stars if the air conditioner in the room is quieter, or if it's possible to manually switch it off.

This hotel is really great! Very clean! The rooms are very modern and updated. The shower is probably the best shower I've experienced in a hotel. The choices for food are a bit lacking, but overall I would definitely recommend it. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Vancouver!

Nice place. Kids enjoyed pool and water slide. I enjoyed hot tub. They need a kid friendly fast food option. The food court is only available to the casino. No kids areas

The hotel is across from the casino. It is connected by a walk way. The hotel is well maintained with nice amenities. The room is clean and very comfortable. The in room coffee is my favorite - Nespresso! It makes a great morning with a nice quality cup of coffee. The staff is friendly. The free parking is the best part since it is part of the casino. The sky train station on site makes travelling to downtown extremely convenient. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
