American grille restaurant visit. Nice variety on menu. Menu is generally in higher price range. Many creative menu items. Food was goood. On display was a 2017 Award for dessert.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable,loved the king sized bed! I did feel that the breakfast menu at the hotel restaurant was a little over priced though.

The good was the staff was friendly the room was clean and the shuttle was on time and easy to use. The bad was the room was a little out dated and we had extremely loud guests next to us that woke us up at 2am. The staff took care of the loud about 15 minutes after we called down and they stayed quite enough for us to fall back a sleep after that. Overall I can't really blame the hotel for the loud guests but it was still irritating.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quick response to different issues. My bathtub wasn't draining, I mentioned it to the front desk and the immediately sent someone to fix it. Rooms are clean and fresh. The beds are very comfy. The toilet paper is single ply but it is a thicker single ply. The TV guide system is very inefficient but usable. The internet is very slow but the latency is great. I played some online video games and it worked flawlessly. The hotel is 3 blocks from a sky train entrence which can take you downtown Vancouver in less than 40 minutes. I would recommend this hotel.

Was put up for the night by airline when flight cancelled. It was a clean big room, complete with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. I asked for a room on upper floor, so above the numerous surrounding apartment buildings.
Staff were all pleasant and helpful, though room service team could do with a little more imagination with requests. A big thank you to staff in the American Grille for their 'why not!' approach to same request, making me a take-away meal that was big and delicious.
The shuttle to airport was quick and on time, making it all quite stress free.response / report this review -

Pretty good hotel. Standard Hotel rooms with a decent bar/restaurant in lobby. They did have a nice little feature that allows you to skip room cleanings for environmentally friendly for a discount card towards food or Marriott points.

Very convenient to the airport and the skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Restaurant food was good and service was excellent. Clean comfortable rooms that will need refurbishment soon, but still nice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

the location of the hotel is very convenient with lots of food options. the restaurant is great for dining with a simple but great menu. both food and services were great, and parking is free if youa register with the reception.

Room was clean and well furnished however the pillows were not soft to sleep on. The sheets were not tucked in and to me looked unfinished. Disappointed in the late night menu as they only had 2 items available out of the 10 -12 items on the menu (just sandwiches). Had a nice pool & hot tub. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Staff were friendly and quick with service.

I went to a function at this hotel and it was lovely. Wonderful service, lovely function room, clean bathrooms. The meal service was impeccable, lovely mains and desserts. A great place to hold a function.

Near the airport with easy access to most key places around Vancouver. Clean and comfortable but a little dated but the service more then makes up for it. Also shares a parking lot with Avis if you change your mind and need a car. Be warned though if your a Gold or Platinum, the Concierge Lounge pulls their beer and wine early, around 8pm, breakfast is served in the lobby restaurant which is fine.

Fantastic little hotel in Richmond. Room was very clean and well laid out.
Jessica at FD was the definition of Hospitality, super friendly and kind.
The breakfast was delicious. We had the buffet. Probably the best bang for your buck.
Our room had good views of the city and background mountains view.
I would recommend staying here. Very good quality for the price point.response / report this review
