Great service , clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Would love to go and stay there every time I will travel.

The room was great. It was clean and everything worked. The location is good, is close to the main roads and it's easily accessible. The service was great, the stay was very nice and very helpful.

The one big pro was that the people working were extremely nice and helpful. A few downsides were the mold in the shower in our first room which they ended up switching for us the next morning. Then that room had broken outlets and right next to the street and train so quite loud. Also at one point smoke from outside came in the room through the AC or crack in window.

Overpriced for the quality of service provided. The rooms are renovated but quite small and the building is aged. In my room, supposedly clean towels had a bunch of hair on them. I really wouldn't recommend staying here unless you absolutely much find a room to sleep overnight.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of a sky train station, and this one fit the bill. What we didn't expect was such a comfy room with a small fridge and microwave, and a super deep tub to soak in after shopping all day. I've got no complaints, and in fact I'm going to book here again for the next concert I'm going to in October.

I found the Hotel to be quite friendly when you walk in, but unfortunately I found the staff to be quite judgemental of people and how your dressed seems to be treated. Hopefully that is because of the area close to the hotel. Otherwise the rooms are nice and if you are on the north side of the hotel it has a great view of Vancouver!

The parking lot was ample and not easily seen from the main road, which I liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. The room was clean, but felt a little cramped. It looked to have been recently renovated but it still had some finishing that needed to be done. The location was good; right next to a train station, but you didn't really hear the train going by at night in the hotel. Overall, it was just ok. Not awful, and suitable for a night stay.

Came to pick up a friend for dinner. They were running late. Was grilled by staff as to why I was in the parking lot. Apparently it's because I park funny and was preparing for a getaway or something. Will advise friend to pick a hotel that isn't so prone to random crime to the point of where they need to interrogate people visiting the property. Thanks for ruining my dinner plans and costing my friend cab fare to meet me.
