Its inexpensive and relatively clean. Staff are friendly, helpful, probably my favorite part of my stay.
Coffee is good and available 24/7 at reception. The continental breakfast is not bad at all but could use some fresh fruit. There are some less desirable guests staying here, however, they seem to keep to themselves.response / report this review -

Satisfied customer! The room was fine, wifi reliable, restaurants within walking distance and free decent breakfast. It is pricey but it is in Vancouver! Easy to go to downtown (10-15 min) and Stanley Park via the city bus which is one block from hotel. I would stay again.

Hotel room had a bad smell. It smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. I could hear the people in the room next door clearly. They made noise until late at night. Between the two I didn't get much sleep. I gave it two stars because the breakfast was pretty good.

This place is a dump. For $250 a night I expect much better. Very dated decor, hwy motel atmosphere, parking is designed for smart cars. Do yourself a favor and drive past this sh#thole to the Best Western next door.

Clean rooms, friendly service and great price. Our flight arrived earlier and they let us check in before the stated check-in time. Breakfast could use some improvements but I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a short term stay.

Returning back to home from a week-long BC vacation, we decided to stay one night in this hotel to catch an early morning flight. It was horrible! The rooms are noisy (close to Capilano Rd, with terrible sound insulation). The dark covering curtains on the windows are fixed and cannot be closed! This makes it uncomfortable at night when you turn on the lamps in the room. Also, the hallway lighting is on overnight which with the fixed dark curtains makes it impossible to sleep at night. The bed sheets were dirty with stains and hair. The shower drain did not work. Water was backing up because of the slow-moving drain.

Serviceable hotel, good location. One bed was a bit uncomfortable, seemed overly hard. The other bed was good. Could use some updating, floor had a strange bump in the middle of the room we kept tripping on. The service was great, front desk agents were awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

Cozy place. Service is great. Price is right in the pocket. Breakfast (continental) is perfect. Close to the main road and thoroughfares- in short accessible from Stanley Park and surrounding areas.

Not bad little motel. Price is right for a short stay. Breakfast only served till 9:30 kinda sucks. But easy access to capilano bridge and downtown.

This was an average hotel. Close to downtown Vancouver right off of the highway. It comes with breakfast which was amazing. However I did say some problems while staying here. The first thing was My key keep on turning off and I have to keep going to the front desk to reprogram it. Second thing was cleaning lady forgot one of my bed sheet so I was missing a layer. Final thoughts this place is more like a motel than hotel but was a pretty good place to stay for the price.
