In my experience, one of the best dental office in Victoria.

All the dental hygienists are very kind and knowledgeable. They are detailed-oriented in their cleaning work, and follows good protocols to make clients feel safe even during covid. They spend a reasonable amount of time cleaning thoroughly, instead of rushing to finish. The hygienists are always happy to provide advice on how to improve my cleaning routine and they check in the beginning of the appointment to make sure you are going in for the right type of appointment. Also, reception will call twice (usually a week and a day prior to the appointment date) to remind clients about their appointment.

The only downside is that they are usually pretty fully booked, especially during COVID.

I've had an amazing experience with Dr. Choboter since I started coming to the clinic. He's very professional, and personable. I would highly recommend Aspen for both cosmetic and regular dental needs.

Overcharged my insurance provider, which exceeded my limit. I discussed the limit before treatment and left the office with a balance of zero.

Had to inject my lower jaw with freezing 4 times before it worked.

Left a cavity in a molar that has gotten so large another dentist is recommending a root canal.

Would not recommend. Find another dentist unless you can't find one accepting patients. They have an extra opening of plus 1 currently.

My wife and I had seen Dr. Foo for some time prior to leaving Victoria. Despite having moved up-Island, we have returned to again become clients of Dr. Foo.

After a disastrous experience with a different Dentist I was referred to Aspen Dental by a friend who knows Dr. John Thiessen. Dr. Thiessen was quite booked, so I have been seeing Dr. Foo. Yesterday, I had a 2.5 hour procedure for a new crown. She did amazing work. Virtually painless and the amazing part is I had a phone call from Dr. Foo last night at home asking how I was doing. That never happens. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this Dental practice.
