Went for winter tire rotation. Counter staff confirmed to complete work within 2 hours but have to wait for 4 1/2 hours to finish 10 minute job. I will never ever visit this place.Very bad service!!!

Went there after work, hoping to change a single tire. it was 5PM an hour before they closed. The guy at the service counter said "no we're too busy." that was it, didn't offer any other solutions. just left me hanging. I asked him can you at least put Air in my tire so I can get down the street, he said I can't even do that. I left and asked the one of the guys to put air in the tire and they did. SMH.
Dude at the counter costing this location customers 100% I would not recommend this place. CANADIAN TIRE is a better option then hereresponse / report this review -

First time using Superior Tire in Scarborough. Great experience from initial phone call to buying rims and tires. Prices are good too. Manager Danny is very professional and personable. Will definitely use them for my future business.

2 hour wait. Mechanic took the car around the block and said could not figure out what the problem was. Could be tires. Could be frame. Charged me 36 bux and wasted two hours. Another shop figured out the issue right away.

Terrible mechanic shop that takes advantage of women. My mother has been here a few times for a simple oil change but ended up with bigger issues. They never do a real check of the car and give bs. A quote for $800 to change a $40 flex pipe because the car is rusted?! They changed oil dip sticks on us with an old wire one multiple times and broke our radiator and didn't say anything to us and tried to cover it up with a cheap sticker. If we didn't bring our car to a real mechanic, there would have been many costly issues to fix. Do not go here unless you like getting taken advantage of.

I have been buying tires here since 2005.
Never disappointed!
Need some tires, this is the place to go! They will try to get you in a new set of tires at the best possible price. Moreover, they will not try to sell you just any crappy tire. If the tire sucks, they will outright tell you, it's not appropriate for your vehicle. I know this, because I was getting some work done and some guy wanted them to use a cheaper tire, which they sell on his commercial van. The salesman told him outright, that tire is completely inappropriate for your vehicle. Yes it will fit, but it won't last very long.response / report this review
